Jose came through said he wanted to do a water test for a nominal fee that would be applied to the total work. He did the test. The test revealed that the leak was actually come from an outdoor outlet instead of the deck. In other words, if I had used any of the other contractors I would have paid over $10K and the leak would not have been repaired. I got the outlet sealed and the deck resealed and Westcoast's work was immaculate. They completed it punctually and even came back to put back all the furniture. Thank you! Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew.
