Called to have some windows restored because of termite damage and some rot. They gave an excellent quote and started right away. As he began, it became apparent that the project was going to be more difficult than we both expected but he kept to his original estimate. They spent three days beautifully restoring the windows. They were careful and exact in the work and really did a spectacular job. We did not have a paint color chosen yet, but he did apply a coat of primer as well. I admire his workmanship and work ethic. We don't usually write reviews mainly because one should expect the work to be good but on occasion, you get someone like Ramil who deserves one. The attention to detail and desire to make the project look flawless was worth mentioning. It's nice to have a contractor take pride in the work and look/plan for the best possible outcome even with a really tough starting point as we had in the area where we wanted to place our project which needed a lot of love to get right....and I have to admit it came out better than expected even though tough decisions had to be made with the limitations we had at our home. The workmanship is well worth his rate and considering he wasn't the most (nor the least) expensive bid, couldn't be happier with the outcome as well as the build. We had him build/replace our long staircase and rails, a composite deck including the pyramid stairs to and from it using difficult compound miter cuts to achieve the right look. The build itself, besides looking like we broke the bank to build it, is sturdy with materials and methods that are built to last. He made the best use of the space for the staircase and deck which gave us more room than what we had previously.
