We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product. They even consulted on paint colors, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. As a bonus, Daniel and his sons are just the nicest people you'll meet (and you will meet ALL four sons). I'm originally from the Midwest, and they reminded me of everyone I know from back home - friendly, honest, and always up for a chat. They stopped by the house every day to check on progress, and I feel like I really got to know them. A++ communication. Don't hesitate to call these guys! Jesus came over and spent the longest with me out of all the contractors I spoke to. He was patient, knowledgeable and upfront. Their quote was extremely competitive and covered lots of things other companies excluded or charged extra for (permits, any replacement decking, extra layers of shingle to remove etc). They also offered zero interest financing with no payment for 12 months. After some delays in getting started which was not their fault, it was due to continually rainy weather, Robert and his team arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process, took photos (and drone shots) of the roof coming off. They did a great job with the new roof and cleaned up thoroughly after it was completed. The level of customer service was 10/10. Robert even came back after the job was completed to fix some small issues with the gutters, which wasn't part of our agreement but they kindly did it anyway. I'm only going to use them from now on for my roof jobs.

Their sales rep came out, took his time, was very relaxed and professional, walked me through all my options, and provided full license and insurance info. He left me with a written estimate and zero pressure. Their pricing came in right in the middle, but the service level made it the best value by a mile. Once my HOA approved the project, everything moved exactly on schedule. The windows were custom, and the team showed up within the four-week lead time they quoted. They installed all five windows in less than a day. They also removed the brand-new blinds I had just installed and put them back up perfectly--like they were never touched. Huge bonus. Communication was great the entire time. The installer met me in the morning so I could walk him through the space, and he called ahead before finishing so I could come back from the office, inspect everything, and sign off. The finished product looks fantastic. From the first phone call to the sales visit to installation day, the whole experience was smooth, honest, and professional.
