We had a very good experience with Palm Construction during our home renovation. They completed a full kitchen remodel, installed new flooring, and painted the entire exterior of our home. The kitchen was completely gutted and redone with new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash. They also added a new counter where we previously had a rail, which gave us so much more usable counter and cabinet space. The quartz countertop is beautiful, and one of my favorite things about the new kitchen is having no grout to clean. It looks great and is so much easier to maintain. We also love the new vinyl wood flooring. The color reminds me of a soft, sandy beach, and choosing vinyl wood was a great decision for us because it's beautiful but much easier to clean and maintain with pets. The exterior painting included the entire house, trim, and doors. Overall, the work was efficient, and the crews were professional, respectful, and skilled. A big part of what made the experience positive was our project manager, Moar. He did an excellent job managing a large number of people coming in and out of our home. He kept us informed about scheduling throughout the project, was responsive when we had questions, listened carefully to our design needs, and made sure those needs were addressed. That level of communication made a big difference during a renovation of this size. The project took about six weeks and was completed within expected timelines, aside from a few minor unforeseen delays. We did have an initial city inspection issue because some of the outlets needed to be upgraded, but Palm Construction responded quickly and took care of the issue. We felt the price was fair for the quality of work we received. We're still in the final stage with a few touch-ups and clean up pending, but we're very happy with how everything has come together so far. We would definitely recommend Palm Construction to anyone considering a kitchen remodel, flooring, or exterior painting. We would also consider using them again for future projects. read more

It is an absolute embarrassment for the company the number of call center calls I have received on behalf of Palm Construction. They bought some contact list from Angie's List. The person they were calling for hasn't had my phone number in well over 10 years. I have had at least a dozen calls from Palm Construction alone in the last two weeks. Even if I needed a contractor, I would absolutely never use somebody that blind called me so many times. You would think no callbacks after 12 messages would have been a hint. And all the calls come from different numbers, so you can't even block them.
