Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed.

He never once visited the job to verify and conduct quality control. Good thing he had dependable workers who took ownership of the job. Fast forward to when the job completed and a full payment has been made by me, I requested for a receipt and he's been unresponsive. He responded at first telling me he would send over a receipt but never followed through with his promise. Eventually, he completely started to ignore my calls and texts.
