My wife and I can't thank the team of ITH that helped us create our amazing backyard..! We had unfortunately been scammed out of money from a previous "contractor" who sadly ran away with our money and an unfinished job. ITH came over and listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! We have nice, new, beautiful 3,000psi concrete patio and some marathon 2 sod installed perfectly! I loved they were able to create the little curve, and planter spaces along the edge with bend a board. They tapered the land and concrete so no water pools anywhere. The sprinkler system is in great working order. We are forever thankful for their professionalism, respect to our property, immediate response time, and hard work and dedication! I had received over 4 quotations. Some little bit less, and some little bit higher. They are knowledgeable and able to answer questions in a way I can understand. That alone is the main reason why I had selected this company for my backyard project, even though they don't have much concrete pads images on yelp. So for my project, they finished this small sized job fairy quickly. Day one - removed dead grass, leveled the ground, hauled away dirt. Day two - created a rock and sand base for the concrete pads. Day three - laid down concrete tiles. Day four- installed artificial grass and poured in the rocks. Day 5 ( yet to finish) - will be installing outlets at my backyard. Anyone who wants to update their backyard with a beautiful, modern diamond concrete pads might want to consider giving this company a call, highly recommended. The diamonds are precise and the artificial grass are high quality. I was skeptical at first, just because I'm very picky, I am a perfectionist, and i don't trust people in general. Ignacio, Juan, and their crew did an excellent job with our backyard. We are glad we selected them for our backyard project - they did exactly what we wanted. They completed the project on time and well within our budget. We discussed our project and requested quotes from multiple companies. After talking to Ignacio, we felt that he understood what we wanted. He also priced the project fairly. There were a few things that some may find unacceptable but these things had no significant impact on our project. *Cleanliness: There were some water bottles left after at the end of the day after demolition. However, we didn't find this to be an issue because they cleaned it up the following day when they hauled away all the debris. *Scheduling: They only gave about a day's notice when they would be working. Luckily, we were always at home so this was not a big deal. *Artificial Grass Installation: They should install the turf using S seams to make the seams invisible. The seams of the artificial turf they installed are obvious if you look hard enough or know where to look. We have a small backyard so this is not a big issue for us. But if you have a bigger yard, it would be better if the seams are invisible. I have informed them about the above items as opportunities for improvement. Hopefully, they make some changes as these may be a big issue or deal breaker for others. Again, none of the items above had a significant impact on our project. ITH Landscape provided value and fair price. They also stand by their work. Ignacio (and Juan) returned to fix an issue we had with the putting green. They fixed it, tested it, and also asked me to check the putting green before they left. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work they did. Ignacio, Juan, and the ITH Landscape team have been amazing to work with. They've transformed our weed-ridden desolate backyard into a clean, drought-resistant, low-maintenance, and inviting space for us to enjoy. It all started with me requesting a quote through Yelp. The team got back to me right away and came over to give a free estimate within a couple days. We had gotten quotes from several other contractors and landscapers for turf installation and ITH rates were average (not the lowest nor the highest). Why we ultimately decided to go with ITH was Ignacio's willingness to help with design and transparency with fees. Ultimately, we still spent twice as much as we had allotted for but it was because as time progressed, we realized we wanted more bells and whistles. The project was also extended by 2 months because of all the additions we wanted (dirt removal, front yard clean up, building a higher retaining wall, etc.) To avoid going over budget, I would recommend being really clear with what you want before getting an estimate. Our over-spending was our own fault. In fact, because our ask was larger and the project completion date had to be extended, ITH also had to deal with inflation, supply chain issues, and scheduling complications. Ignacio always did his best to make us happy with our budget in mind but we just kept wanting more. Doing all this during a pandemic is not easy and there is no way we could have ever done this on our own. We really appreciated Ignacio's efforts and adaptability to design and create our dream backyard. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results. ITH was great. Ignacio and his team are hard working and honest. We had a pretty big job we wanted done in both the front and back yards (sod, planters with various trees, plants, and shrubs, Arizona pebble throughout the planters, low voltage lighting, and a lot of irrigation....and a driveway demolition and a new paver stone driveway and planter curb put in). I got a few quotes from multiple companies and ITH was not the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. I will say I felt like I got great value for my money and they didn't cut corners....In any construction job good work doesn't come cheap and cheap work is rarely good. I got what I paid for and couldn't be happier. The pricing was upfront and fair and they followed the payment plan that was laid out in the contract. The project started on time (again in the contract) and finished before their estimated end date. The only change was when I changed the plans and asked for extra flowers, bushes, some decorative cypress trees, and more low voltage lighting ....they were almost done with the project when I asked for more bushes and lighting along the property line (knowing that it means more labor, extra irrigation drip lines, and more time) and the answer was an immediate "yes" and a fair price for the plants and lights. Ignacio and his team were polite and respectful...they showed up on time and worked their tails off each day. They were a pleasure to work with. First...let me start with a short summary. This small company is absolutely amazing. Ignacio (Owner) and his team are professional, hard-working, skilled, and truly aim to exceed expectations. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a company you can trust with your landscaping, this is the one (and I don't say this lightly). Okay...now for those interested in a bit more detail. If you look at the companies I have reviewed in the past you will notice many are tied to home improvement. We have owned this home now for almost 20 years. In those 20 years my wife and I have done three major remodels...landscaping was always on the list the only problem was we could never find someone who we felt was both trustworthy and capable. After having met with seven different companies for my current project I can tell you that Ignacio (ITH Landscaping) stood head and shoulders above all the rest; he listened, was patient, was very well informed, and took the time to ensure we were in absolute agreement with the project. I found that Ignacio was one the of the few that not only understood our vision, but added to it, and truly seemed genuine. Not for nothing, but with the wife being a Biologist and me being a Systems Engineer we set a pretty high expectation. Now after having worked with Ignacio on two projects (front yard and backyard...mind you that the lot size is right around 7,500 sq ft (so not small)), I can tell you he is nothing but genuine and a truly hardworking professional. I feel extremely lucky for finding this company. They treated my home with respect. They worked around bad weather. They communicated when materials went on back order. They stood behind their labor, material and plants. And they made sure that as the project progressed I was informed and happy with the progress and plan ahead. I am attaching several pictures so you can see the extent of the project. We literally feel like we have a whole new home; in the front yard we removed all of our mostly-dead grass and replaced it with drought tolerant plants, decomposed granite, stone, and pavers...not to mention a new patio. I scheduled a date and time for them to come to my house and give me an estimate for a large landscape project. Just to give you an idea of the size of my project, all of the other estimates have been coming in around $20k. They never showed up for the appointment. They never called. I sent them a message through the Yelp app asking what happened. To this day, they still have not responded to me. Do not use this company. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Super shady, didn't hold up their end of the contract. Wanted more money when he hadn't done any work except tear out old plants. Left our yard in awful condition and bare, then allegedly had to leave the country. We paid him 6k up front and he only worked for 1 1/2 days, then he said he wanted more money to buy the plants. He hadn't even sat down with us yet to design the yard or take us to the nursery to pick plants out. Total scam artist, would never recommend this company. read more

After the second attempt of reaching out, the owner came over to review the project and was able to give me an estimate the following day. Since then I have been reaching out back as some of the measurements that were taken for some of the projects were taken incorrect. Also wanted him to revise some pricing as I had already purchased some of the material. He called back after few days and seemed very annoyed with me asking him to adjust the pricing and started saying that his initial pricing didn't include grading and dumping the access dirt, which seemed very weird since when you are asking him to lay new lawn, new sprinkler system and do hardscape in the backyard with stacked rocks, concrete stones and decorative rocks, one would expect and assume that it will include grading and dumping the access dirt. Then he started adding that he is very busy and not available till June. I felt he was extremely rude and didn't care about my project. read more

I found ITH on Yelp and I even called CSLB to verify their license. We contracted with them to level off our backyard slope to get ready to grow vegetables, and to install a vinyl fence. The fence looks good, however the post caps (21 total) are not secure or glued on and can come off easily. Most importantly the yard is absolutely not level! I am so disappointed they left the yard with empty water bottles and discarded material all over the backyard. I paid several thousand dollars for a job that is not finished, forcing me to complete it because I am now over budget. Shame on me for not checking previous references. I hired them even though they charged more money than other contractors, because they were eager to do the work and called me back several times. I don't mind paying more money for a job well done, but this job was not well done. Additionally, they quoted me $5,000 to install vegetable beds. I ended up pricing my own materials to complete my vegetable beds and the cost was $900 for everything I needed. Very disappointing read more

Needed my backyard finished, I had put in a retaining wall myself that needed to be redone, did not look good, and we wanted a dog run with DG on one side and fake grass on the other.
