Had a great experience with this company. Communicated initially via text. Received a quote for a 22ft long cement block wall that was very fair in price and this team came out and knocked it out in one day with great quality. Very impressed and if I need any turf work in the future, Ivan's Masonry is my first phone call. read more

Ivan recently completed a wall repair for us, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He's a pleasure to deal with, his rates are very reasonable, and he was very reliable. The completed work was outstanding. You can't go wrong with Ivan's Masonary. read more

Ivan Ivan Ivan... he's the MAN! You need a wall, he can do it all. Super professional, knowledgeable, and impressive work ethic. We shopped around for weeks, received so many quotes, then Ivan finally hit our budget with fair and honest pricing. He was communicative and efficient. He even recommended another subcontractor to clean up our landscaping (Roque, who was also very fairly priced). He placed a brand new foundation, reinforcing rebar, and a sweet gate (chef's kiss). I work in construction and Ivan passed the test with flying colors. Our wall was in terrible shape before Ivan and his crew came. I honestly was SHOOK when he did such a great job, especially considering the site constraints. They had to haul everything out A MANO (by hand). Bro... talk about hard working crew!! Check the photos, I have evidence. Stop shopping around and call Ivan already! HE'S THE BEST‍ read more

I would like to recommend Ivan's Masonry for your outdoor improvement projects if you are looking for outstanding craftsmanship and value for your money. We hired Ivan's Masonry for two jobs: driveway renovation and a new stairway with walkway. From onset it was a long journey for us figuring out what material we will be comfortable with. Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results. Our house became the model for the street as a first house with pavers. Many people complimented on the improvements and expressed the desire to contract with Ivan's Masonry. We are wising Ivan to prosper in his business, and for you guys - wishing you to choose your masonry contractor wisely. Go Ivan's Masonry! read more

Ivan is honest, professional and wonderful. I contacted several companies for my yard and I chose Ivan because his communication and expertise was impeccable. His suggestions and explanations for planning made me trust him and his price was in the middle, and worth it. I had him construct concrete flooring in the yard and it aligns well with my previous concrete. It took weeks for it to become the color I expected because the weather kept on raining, but now I have a wonderful concrete flooring that is so incredibly maintenance free. I am thankful to have Ivan and his team. I highly suggest him if you have a project. read more

Ivan is my go to person from now on. Recently, he and his crew had poured a large sized patio in the backyard. Simply put, Impeccably done. Ivan is not only very knowledgeable, but he has patience which many others lack. He listened to all of my requests and acknowledged them. The best guy in the area. Highly recommended you will be treated professionally and respectfully. read more

This review is just for the nice experience I had getting a quote from Ivan. I was looking to see how much it would cost to enclose my entire front yard with split face concrete, about 80 linear feet. I got quotes from several companies. Ivan was very detailed, asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what we wanted and offered excellent suggestions that showcased his expertise. His quote came out thousands less than everyone else, which was amazing. If I had all of the funds for the project at the time, I would have hired him, however, because of my circumstances, I needed a fence right away, so I had a company put up a vinyl fence. But the point is, you can see all the pictures of his work, it's amazing, and I'm telling you, his quote will be the best you can get. read more

I would highly recommend Ivan's Masonry. My new patio concrete project was completed efficiently, affordably and beautifully.

*Service request =concrete cutting & fill for a small area. I am moving & I had my kids' handprints printed into a small area of concrete on the side of my house. I really wanted to figure out if I could somehow have them cut out to take to my new home. Ivan was my first call & I'm glad he was! He was prompt, professional & while it was difficult, they did a wonderful job cutting it out & replacing the concrete. The finish came out exceptionally well, my husband & I were very impressed with the results. I was so happy that this was even possible! I had a few questions & Ivan didn't make me feel silly for asking & was completely professional. I would highly recommend Ivan for any job, big or small. read more

Ivan is extremely responsive, reasonable and reliable. We were thrilled with his work installing pavers at our home. Highly recommend!

I had a brick wall that got ran over by a car. Ivan's work was excellent and he priced reasonable.

My wife and I were in desperate need of a brick layer/mason to completely demolish the collapsing retaining wall with our neighbors and called up Ivan from his Yelp page without knowing who Ivan was. He was prompt in coming to bid the job, very professional and personable and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He sent his very fair bid to us the next day and after examining his numbers with other bids, we accepted. He estimated 2 weeks to finish the job and started the next day with demolition and trenching. Ivan and his EXPERT crew finished the job in 6 days and we are 100% satisfied with the GREAT job they did for us. We recommend Ivan to anyone needing expert masonry work and are more than happy he and his crew did our brick wall. We plan on using Ivan in the future for all our masonry needs. read more

Ivan was recommended by the fence company I am using. I needed a concrete retaining wall for the new fence to sit on. Initial estimate visit was easy and on-time. Install date was even pushed up earlier because he had availability. Wall is straight and clean- quality work! Text and phone calls were returned every time. I know it's a busy time (be patient) for remodel projects, I truly appreciate getting this one done In a timely manner. Ivan brought his crew out from 7a- 230p and even cleaned the sidewalk. I'm excited to get my new fence up next week! read more

We are very impressed with Ivan and his team member's quality work. They arrived on time and did their work with commitment and passion. They do a wonderful job in decorating and designing to your needs. We chose to go with stamped concrete in a stone/rocks design with red brick colors as well as regular cement for our side alley area. They did an amazing job overall. Ivan is very professional and knows what looks good for your front steps curb appeal. The price is decent and their quality of work is very accurate and professionally done. read more

I called Ivan to check my retaining wall where there are multiple wall constructions made on top of it and near by it, done by adjacent neighbor, which makes my situation complicated to do my repair. Ivan came over, checked the area, and gave me an honest advice how its situation is and what type of professional I should contact. He was polite, punctual, and an experienced professional in the field. Although, this wasn't within the scope of the work he does, but he offered me a helpful assessment and the advice on how to handle the situation. I will remember Ivan when other masonry work is needed in the future. Thank you. read more

Ivan did pavers for me 10 years ago. When we took out our garden in 2023 we decided to put down pavers in the area and I decided to look into options. I called Ivan up and he was able to get the same pavers and complete the job for me as well as fix some water drainage issues we were having. Overall he is a hard worker, honest, and does great work. See my review below as my son posted for both of us! Ivan did a wonderful job! I'd recommend him!

Ivan's Masonry came highly recommended to me, and now I'm also recommending Ivan's Masonry very highly. Ivan and his crew built a new cinderblock division wall between my house and my neighbor's, and also put in a new section of driveway to replace my deteriorating concrete drive. In addition to the excellent work/craftsmanship by Ivan and his crew, he's a very easy person to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented, has great communication skills, is very accommodating and was patient with all my questions and concerns about various aspects of the job. I felt like I was in good hands from the day I met Ivan. Everything went smoothly, on time, and actually finished a day earlier than scheduled. Ivan was there every day to make sure everything went according to plan, and also hands-on participated in all the work. It was a totally professional experience from the quote to the finish. Excellent job all around. He definitely earned the 5 stars. read more

I called for an estimate, we setup an appointment twice and he stood me up twice! First called on Wednesday, he said he would contact me later to schedule an appointment. Then Friday afternoon, he texted me saying that he would stop by Saturday afternoon. When asked for an approximate time, he couldn't give me one because he had to first finishing a concrete job so it had to be late afternoon. While many people are complaining about a long "delivery window" when waiting for deliveries, I have no "window" at all. But I thought that's ok, I could work with that. So I stayed home the whole day. Granted I didn't have anything special planned for that day, but there is just that sense of waiting and expecting that leaves one hanging for the whole afternoon not knowing exactly when he would be coming over. Yet I waited until around 6:30pm and he called me without even a "sorry" and said that he had to reschedule it to the next morning. I was disappointed but still being very lenient. I didn't complain and agreed to reschedule. He said it had to be early in the morning. I hesitated because I have sleeping problems lately and I sleep late, so I wake up late, especially on weekends. I also clearly told him that. But I thought I would accommodate so we agreed to meet at 9:00 am Sunday morning. This morning I dragged myself off the bed at 8:30am getting ready for the appointment and lo and behold I received a text from him at 8:40 am saying that he, once again, couldn't make it because his wife had to leave in the morning and he had to stay with the kids. I'm a parent so I understand the whole kid watching thing. But I also know that when you make an appointment with someone, you try your best to keep it, especially that someone is a potential customer and you'd already stood her up once! He did asked in the text to reschedule it to the next week but at this point I'm done. It just seems like he puts everything else in his life ahead of a potential customer. And as a potential paying customer, I had to accommodate to his changing schedule. Hmmm, something is off here. The two stars are for him actually calling me back (the other masonry guy I called didn't even bother to get back to me, I guess it's good business). However, at this point, I really think that setting up appointments and not keeping them is even worse than not calling back at all! read more

We found Ivan's Masonary Yelp ad and decided to call for a quote. We made our appointment.
