These guys seem to do wonderful work. They had a beautiful presentation upon the initial walkthrough and visit. Quote for the work I wanted done was initially over $50k. Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed. read more

Unfortunately this project doesn't have a happy ending. Less than one year later, the foundation support is not holding, is likely sinking, and the joint width between the pavers has widened with cracks and separation in the joint sand. System Pavers came out to take a look and is claiming that it's land movement which they say is not covered under the warranty. The property has only a slight grade and is not on or near a hillside. There is no actual evidence of land movement. System Pavers is refusing to honor their warranty for work they did just a year ago which is remarkable given how aggressively the salesman used that as a means to justify their price and quality of work. I would NOT RECOMMEND using System Pavers. They don't honor their warranty or their commitment to quality. read more

I am so impressed with the quality of work and the service we received from System Pavers, that I have not stopped recommending them to everyone I know! It was definitely 5 star service from start to finish. Evan was the sales rep that we worked with, and he was fantastic with helping us create the design for our backyard remodel, and decide which materials to use. Based on past experiences with contractors, I made a joke to my husband that Evan was so nice and it was a shame that we would never see him again. Well, I was certainly shocked when the day our project manager, Estela, showed up to go over the details, Evan was there as well. He coordinated all of the details with Estella to ensure that everyone was on the same page. He also stopped by and checked in periodically throughout the project. I was also very thankful to have Estela as our project manager. She had excellent communication with us throughout the project, and an attention to detail that ensured our backyard turned out beautifully. We our obsessed with our beautiful new backyard, and wish we would have done the remodel years ago. I can't recommend this company enough! After 10+ years, we finally pulled the trigger on redoing our backyard (getting rid of an ugly asphalt driveway and broken, uneven concrete). After doing some research and getting a couple competitive bids, we decided to go with System Pavers. Sales: our sales rep was nice and professional and very responsive. However, once the project started and the PM came on-site, we found out there wasn't sufficient drainage mapped out on the original quote. So we had to do a change order which of course, meant more $. Yes, they offered to just lay the drainage based on what was originally quoted so there wouldn't be a need for a change order, but we told them upfront we wanted sufficient drainage and expected the measurements to be accurate to our needs. Not to mention, this guy came out TWICE to measure. PM: The project manager was professional. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and, for the most part, kept me updated on the day-to-day of the project. A month later we had some issues with water pooling in some areas, but they came out and took care of it. The crew: The crew was great! I was worried during the demo process that something that wasn't supposed to happen would (ie: accidental broken piping or structural damage), but thankfully nothing bad happened. They did great prep work and were very careful & respectful throughout. They were amenable to answer my daily questions and my inspections of their work (not that it was needed; I just wanted to see every step of the process firsthand). They're a hardworking and experienced crew. I respect them all and would love to have them on my next project. Paid to have our back patio redone. It had jenky pavers and a slab of concrete and some area for plants, but I got tired of weeding. We decided to install pavers and it was the best decision we made. Daniel Rodriguez and our project manager Bobby did an excellent job from start to finish. Daniel walked us through the process during our initial quote. We felt comfortable with the price and three weeks later we had a gorgeous transformation of beautiful Tuscany pavers in our back patio. We were told would take about 4 days they had everything done in 2. It was not a large project which is why it got done so quickly. After doing a good amount of research we ended up deciding to go with System Pavers - several of our neighbors had great things to say about them and the quality of the work was evident from their properties. We are thrilled with how everything turned out - the pavers are gorgeous and the turf is awesome! My kids are already enjoying riding scooters on the pavers and playing on the turf.
