Backyard Transformation Complete! What a difference! My backyard just went from uneven grass and cracked concrete to a clean, modern paver design -- and I couldn't be happier with the result. The crew did an incredible job leveling, laying, and finishing everything with precision. The new space feels open, organized, and ready for gatherings. Huge thanks to my contractor (Cesar A. and Mirna V.) for their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project. Watching this come together has been so rewarding -- it's amazing what quality craftsmanship can do! Hit me up if you need a referral. We can both save some money. read more

These guys seem to do wonderful work. They had a beautiful presentation upon the initial walkthrough and visit. Quote for the work I wanted done was initially over $50k. Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed. read more

We had a great experience working with System Pavers! Chris was thorough, helpful, and really took the time to understand our vision. He helped us with the design, worked within our budget, and gave us a great deal. Mirna and her crew were amazing! They worked hard, worked quickly, and did a great job with the installation. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the effort they put into getting everything done. Bobby, our project manager, was also wonderful to work with. He was very communicative throughout the entire project and kept us updated every step of the way. A few minor things came up along the way, but Bobby and his crew were very responsive, worked with us to address everything, and made sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Overall, we had a great experience with the System Pavers team and really appreciate Chris, Mirna, Bobby, and everyone who helped bring our project together. We would definitely recommend them! read more

System Pavers did a great job with our project. Cesar came by a week before to make sure all measurements were correct and he clearly explained what adjustments had to be made. He was easy to reach and communicate with. The week of, Paulino and his team came on time, were polite when they needed us to move something, and overall did a great job. They finished in 2 days, and cleaned up everything as well. We originally had slight issue with the grading of our backyard that I thought we would have to take care of ourselves after the project, but in the end, the team went above and beyond by helping us level out the uneven area with extra dirt. We are very satisfied with the end result! read more

"I couldn't be happier with my experience with System Pavers! From the very beginning, everything was seamless. The project started right on schedule, and every member of the crew was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do. Communication was outstanding--I was kept in the loop the entire time and could reach my project manager whenever I had a question. The work itself went incredibly smoothly with zero issues or surprises. What impressed me most was how quickly they completed the job without ever sacrificing quality. The finished result looks absolutely stunning. I've already recommended System Pavers to friends and family, and I'll continue to do so. We had our driveway pavers installed with lighting a few years ago, and they still look fantastic. The pavers are beautiful, and the entire project turned out exactly as we hoped. What really stands out is the ongoing support. Whenever we need help replacing a light, Bobby (657-554-5618) and his crew are incredibly attentive and responsive. Even years later, I can reach out and they quickly schedule a visit to take care of it. Their commitment to standing behind their work long after the job is done is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend them for paver projects -- great quality and even better service! read more

I am so impressed with the quality of work and the service we received from System Pavers, that I have not stopped recommending them to everyone I know! It was definitely 5 star service from start to finish. Evan was the sales rep that we worked with, and he was fantastic with helping us create the design for our backyard remodel, and decide which materials to use. Based on past experiences with contractors, I made a joke to my husband that Evan was so nice and it was a shame that we would never see him again. Well, I was certainly shocked when the day our project manager, Estela, showed up to go over the details, Evan was there as well. He coordinated all of the details with Estella to ensure that everyone was on the same page. He also stopped by and checked in periodically throughout the project. I was also very thankful to have Estela as our project manager. She had excellent communication with us throughout the project, and an attention to detail that ensured our backyard turned out beautifully. We our obsessed with our beautiful new backyard, and wish we would have done the remodel years ago. I can't recommend this company enough! I also have to add that the entire project was finished in less than 2 weeks! The pavers we used are "ADOBE - COPPER - MOCHA," and the turf we used is "SP Turf Premium Olive." I would definitely recommend reaching out to Evan (657) 553-6435, and requesting Estela as project manager if possible. read more

Unfortunately this project doesn't have a happy ending. Less than one year later, the foundation support is not holding, is likely sinking, and the joint width between the pavers has widened with cracks and separation in the joint sand. System Pavers came out to take a look and is claiming that it's land movement which they say is not covered under the warranty. The property has only a slight grade and is not on or near a hillside. There is no actual evidence of land movement. System Pavers is refusing to honor their warranty for work they did just a year ago which is remarkable given how aggressively the salesman used that as a means to justify their price and quality of work. I would NOT RECOMMEND using System Pavers. They don't honor their warranty or their commitment to quality. read more

I have been dreaming of a new front walkway. It was Friday when Brandon Theriault (sales) came to assess and provide a quote. By the following Wednesday, they were starting on the work! They were of their word every step of the way and very professional. Estella Reynoso was there every day making sure all my concerns were addressed. They are done within 3 days! My neighbors are coming over telling me how much they love the work and my husband and I could not be happier. They honestly did such a great job and the guys are so hardworking and skilled. Would definitely use them again for future projects. read more

After 10+ years, we finally pulled the trigger on redoing our backyard (getting rid of an ugly asphalt driveway and broken, uneven concrete). After doing some research and getting a couple competitive bids, we decided to go with System Pavers. Sales: our sales rep was nice and professional and very responsive. However, once the project started and the PM came on-site, we found out there wasn't sufficient drainage mapped out on the original quote. So we had to do a change order which of course, meant more $. Yes, they offered to just lay the drainage based on what was originally quoted so there wouldn't be a need for a change order, but we told them upfront we wanted sufficient drainage and expected the measurements to be accurate to our needs. Not to mention, this guy came out TWICE to measure. PM: The project manager was professional. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and, for the most part, kept me updated on the day-to-day of the project. A month later we had some issues with water pooling in some areas, but they came out and took care of it. The crew: The crew was great! I was worried during the demo process that something that wasn't supposed to happen would (ie: accidental broken piping or structural damage), but thankfully nothing bad happened. They did great prep work and were very careful & respectful throughout. They were amenable to answer my daily questions and my inspections of their work (not that it was needed; I just wanted to see every step of the process firsthand). They're a hardworking and experienced crew. I respect them all and would love to have them on my next project. Overall, we are happy with the experience and the outcome of the job we hired System Pavers of West Covina to do. read more

From the sales rep at the home show to the designer (Brandon) to the PM (Estela) to the foreman (Francisco?) this experience was top notch. I am very happy I chose System Pavers to do my driveway. It was something I had been wanting to do for a couple years. They worked with me on pricing, the financing was easy and the actual Job was efficient. The crew came on time each day and really worked hard. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They completed the job 2 days earlier than they projected and not because it was sloppy. So much attention to detail. It looks amazing! read more

I gave five stars, but if 10 was an option, I would've most definitely given him a 10. Bob came on time and was extremely professional and very friendly. We discussed what I was looking for and what I wanted done. He explained what he could do and how long it would take him. He did not try to "add on "anything and completed just what I wanted done. I recently completed a renovation of my backyard using System Pavers. Though they weren't the most economical choice, the end result exceeded my expectations. I provided them pictures of what I wanted from the internet and with Evan's, and Estella's help we were able to put the plan into action. We made a few minor adjustments along the way and my vision became reality. Juan Carlos and his crew were amazing and I highly recommend using him if he is available. The work was completed as scheduled with only a few minor issues (broken sprinkler lines, damaged plants and such). I would recommend System Pavers and I would emphasize that communication is critical during the project. read more

Paid to have our back patio redone. It had jenky pavers and a slab of concrete and some area for plants, but I got tired of weeding. We decided to install pavers and it was the best decision we made. Daniel Rodriguez and our project manager Bobby did an excellent job from start to finish. Daniel walked us through the process during our initial quote. We felt comfortable with the price and three weeks later we had a gorgeous transformation of beautiful Tuscany pavers in our back patio. We were told would take about 4 days they had everything done in 2. It was not a large project which is why it got done so quickly. Bobby stopped by each day to see how things were going and checked in with us. We've shown the neighbors and friends and they love it too. Gave out their information to reach out to do their patios. The crew that Bobby ran was excellent, very fast, and efficient. Added an additional new drain as well. Very impressed with this company. Great warranty too. Bobby came back out for final inspection and went over the warranty with us and let me know how it worked. Made sure we were happy. Top notch job fellas. You've earned a customer for life. read more

We redid our backyard - pavers up top and turf to replace grass on the bottom. After doing a good amount of research we ended up deciding to go with System Pavers - several of our neighbors had great things to say about them and the quality of the work was evident from their properties. We are thrilled with how everything turned out - the pavers are gorgeous and the turf is awesome! My kids are already enjoying riding scooters on the pavers and playing on the turf. Evan Goldenberg and Cory were both great - Evan worked with us from start to finish on concept + design and Cory oversaw the construction process. If you are interested in working with them, give Evan a call (657) 553-6435. Super nice and knowledgable dude. System Pavers was the best choice, after much consideration, and we couldn't be more happier. We requested to pave a section of our backyard and we wanted to see how much it would cost. Sales Rep Aaron was very thorough, and Project Manager Estela explained everything in detail. We asked for financing and they also supported us in that matter, and the process was very smooth. I recently hired system pavers for a large outside project. We replaced the driveway with pavers, installed a path from the sidewalk to the back yard, created a deck outside the front door, created a fire pit area with pavers surrounded by turf, and installed turf in multiple areas around the house. We met with Evan Goldberg and he was great in helping us create the design and offering advice. His suggestions were very helpful and he expressed a lot of care for our project. Angel was out site manager and was very communicative. Evan and Angel always responded fast to our questions and were very helpful. Most impressive was the speed of the project. After nearly half a year of contemplation and consultation, System Pavers was, without doubt, the best decision to have my backyard renewed from what was once a lifeless void of a backyard to what is now modern, spacious, and safe place for me and my family to enjoy. Not to mention the awe and impressed reaction of our friends and family. ABOUT MY PROJECT: Our transformation was relatively small, but the lasting impression and impact of the change is night and day. Our project consisted of: paving 2 major sections, adding stepping stones around the perimeter of the main patio pavement, turf surrounding all other space throughout the entire backyard, and adding path lights for night time ambiance. See attached pictures for scale and details. MY EXPERIENCE: Overall, my experience working with System Pavers was delightful and thorough. Our project manager (Nestor) was attentive and quick to respond to all my concerns or requests for changes. The team working on my home were punctual, efficient, and quick to acknowledge potential work stop and did not hesitate to elevate concerns directly should Nestor be preoccupied with other outstanding tasks. The communication and trust is well established and each discipline stuck to their respective swim lanes. It's very apparent that their culture and work ethics drives their success and I would not hesitate to reach out to System Pavers for future projects. My one and only complaint would have to be the cost of the project... BUT... let me be clear by stating that you get what you pay for and my experience truly felt warranted with their results. Though your mileage may vary, the team does actually try very hard to meet your budget, as long as we're all being sensible and honest. In closing, I would highly recommend System Pavers to those seriously looking for quality work with quality results, backed with an amazing warranty package. Do inquire the coverage and see for yourself. SPECIAL RECOGNITION: Evan (Design Consultant) is a very detail-oriented, yet, extremely approachable both socially and professionally. If you're like me, a person who doesn't have the clearest plan for a paving/turf remodel project, Evan will walk you through every step of the way and would not leave until the customer is extremely satisfied with the plan. Was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nestor (Project Manager) is a great communicator, has a lot of real-life experience related to this profession, approachable, and respects your ideas/opinions. One of Nestor's respectable quality is his ability to demonstrate accountability. As an honest man making an honest living, works very hard to ensure quality service and results are assured by himself and his teams and never afraid to admit faults and create excuses that leads to an unnecessary finger-pointing match. Edwin (Pavement Team Lead) is an honest worker and clearly lets his (and his team's) experience dictate their quality. He's clearly had an amazing coach/leader and demonstrates amazing work ethics. Edwin is not afraid to share his honest opinions about any concerns, and is always willing to help your dream layout become a reality. Miguel (Turf Team Lead) is creative, yet, methodical when it comes to turfing. He and his team do not take shortcuts and ensures quality results, especially around bends and tight angles to give your turf a clean look. In addition, their efficiency to turn my entire backyard took only a couple of days to set their foundation and cut/lay their turf. read more
