Nestor came to give me an estimate, and from the first meeting I knew that I wanted to work with him (even though he spoke the least), and was hoping his bid would be competitive. I was happy to find out that his proposal was the lowest of the four bids that I got. But that doesn't mean that they cut any corners. His crew worked so hard in the blistering heat and were very professional. They went above and beyond what I expected; they even put in a drain hole to address my concern for any pooling of water due to the shape of my lawn. The only regret that I have is that I didn't do it sooner. Thank you Nester Jr/Sr! Will definitely be using them when I work on my backyard! read more

I don't have enough great things to say about these guys. I got my dream backyard because of them. Nestor was very communicative from the beginning. Service they provided was out of this world. Any time we had a question, we got an answer. Team put in their heart and sweat to make our backyard feel cozy and beautiful. Nestor went above and beyond to deliver us with the best he could and worked with our price range. Best value for your buck if not more. We only had certain budget and Nestor went above and beyond to still deliver our dream. I don't know why anyone especially in La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora or Claremont hire anyone else. I am looking forward to working with them very soon to get our front yard done. People like them who work with people's budget and not looking to rip them off by overcharging, deserve praise and blessing! Thank you Duran Lawn Creations! We love our backyard read more

We've been needing to redo our small backyard for two years but never got around to it until now. I started doing research and I got dismissed a lot by other companies or ignored because I wanted to see if I can put artificial grass over brick. I'm a busy working mom so it's hard for me to answer phone calls during the day so text/emails work best as I would assume for all of us. Nestor and his team were the only ones who were accommodating and LISTENED. Not only did he explain in a way that I was able to understand but he also priced it fairly. I've had quotes that were TRIPLE the amount that Nestor was able to offer me. He gave me a fair quote and even helped with some adjustments along the way. They did an amazing job and finished everything in one day. I would highly recommend their company and will use them in any future projects. read more

Nestor and his team have been great! We first hired him to redo the side yard and turn it into a dog run. He put in turf and pavers and it came out really nice. A few months later, we hired him and his team again, but this time to remove a large flower bed and install pavers in the entire backyard. We love how everything turned out, Nestor is a very honest guy and trustworthy guy, we would recommend him to anyone. read more

I had contacted several companies to install turf in my yard, after receiving several high quotes, we had decided to stick with our grass. I was then contacted by Nestor of "Duran Lawn Creations". Nestor explained in detail what the company would do and how long the job would take (which included breaking down and hauling a large slab of concrete). When I received the quote, I had to double check he included everything we discussed, which bit did. His prices were very reasonable and the job was done excellently. Nestor was always in contact with me and we were aware of what was happening at each stage of the job. His employees were professional and polite when dealing with them. I would absolutely recommend "Duran Lawn Creations" for any of your yard needs. read more

First off let me start by saying. Do not look elsewhere and go with these guys. Honesty, clean work, and communication is great. Definitely exceeded my expectations and was honest and fair from the start. Quick to give a quote and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Mr. Duran's crew were professional and definitely did an awesome job. Left the work site clean after and not one single problem. A definite 5 stars for Nestor and his team. Our new lawn has transformed the look of both the front and back of our house, beyond our expectation. Nestor's lawns and his team are wonderful. They all worked so incredibly hard to accommodate our landscape, taking into account our sprinklers, trees and the uneven ground we had. They also completed the job in a timely manner, leaving the whole area looking absolutely clean and perfect. Just wanted to take a few minutes to share an experience I had today with Duran Landscaping. My first dealings with this company ,I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Nestor Duran. I know my job was small but , he was able to work us in while having several other larger jobs going. He would call me daily to see if he could get over each day, but I was so busy. He texted me this morning at 605 am, to see if he could squeeze in today! WOW, Im so glad I got his message, he sent over a crew at 930 am and they finished within a couple of hours. remind you I have previously had over 1200 sq. ft done by another turf specialist, in the front and side yard, and I thought that was perfect, how wrong was I when I got to see how his crew prepared and cared for every sq ft installed. Not only was his crew, on time but neat ,clean, and professional!! they were so caring and polite, and cleaned up after each process. Luis, the job foremen, insisted I didn't need to do any thing. To the Duran family, kudos your team is a direct reflection of Mr Nestor Duran.I received two follow up calls from Nestor to make sure I was Happy with the job. In closing, I would personally recommend this company to anyone that wants a show piece, quality job! If anyone wants to see pics of there work or want to call me , please do; at 909-227-0362 Sincerely, Keith Mossman ( Winner two years ago from the City of La Mirada) Beautification Award read more

I can't say enough great things about this company! We had our turf installed about 3 years ago. Perfect installation. After a recent rain storm we started to notice some areas were sinking. I called them and they came out right away to see what was going on. They pulled the turf back and dug into the ground to see if they could find what was causing the soil to sink. Sure enough, there were plants that the previous owner planted years ago which ultimately caused the ground to fall from the rain. They fixed it same day. Beyond happy with their customer service! read more

We called a few different contractors and Duran Lawn Creations was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. From the initial visit by VINCE to when we were able to have them come in and install it, he was in constant contact checking in. He worked around our schedule. They, 100% stand by their product and installation. We had an issue that was entirely our fault and they came out and took care of it. Trust me when I say they could have told us no and I would still give them 5 stars. The installation team (NESTER Jr. JOSE, ANDREW, and JESUS) were neat, clean and quiet. Great company! read more
