I know my job was small but , he was able to work us in while having several other larger jobs going. He would call me daily to see if he could get over each day, but I was so busy. I can't say enough great things about this company! We had our turf installed about 3 years ago. Perfect installation. After a recent rain storm we started to notice some areas were sinking. I called them and they came out right away to see what was going on. They pulled the turf back and dug into the ground to see if they could find what was causing the soil to sink. Sure enough, there were plants that the previous owner planted years ago which ultimately caused the ground to fall from the rain. They fixed it same day. They came early morning both times and stayed late enough to finish the same day (in the early evening) both times. It's ALOT of work, but they have a great crew.
