He also had samples we felt had the highest quality combined with the color we wanted when compared side-by-side. 2700 sf of the front and backyard was done, and it looks amazing. We are so happy to have been able to work with Jonathan and his crew. They did what they said they were going to do, and did it on schedule as well. Our kids now love the new play area where it used to be just dirt, and we have Jonathan to thank for doing such a great job of it. Instead of completing the job, he sent a crew that showed up without enough product and had the audacity to say the job was finished rather than going back to get more materials. I reached out to Pedro multiple times, and on three separate occasions he promised to come back and fix the job. Each time, he failed to show up. Reviewed by Marc (Sr)…read more My son needed a fence built for a house they bought from their grandmother.. He and his wife were on a tight budget and was hard to afford.. But they needed it for security.. Mr. Lopez worked with them on their budget the was fair and reasonable.. Mr. Lopez and his crew did an outstanding and excellent job on the concrete fence.. Especially with a 1/3 of an acre yard.. He was quick with the work and detailed about everything from start to finish.. The project should of have taken longer but he was able to finish much earlier than expected... We didn't have to worry about permits and material he took care of everything.. The quality if their work impressed me allot... I know it was just a fence but its the little things (the straightness, leveling, angles, cuts for the angle, the prepping, and clean up) they took pride in their workmanship.. his workers know what they are doing they are professional at their jobs... If you need anything build in your home pavers, concrete, fence, or whatever structures then I highly recommend Mr. Lopez and his crew... Horrible work, unprofessional behavior, promises but does not deliver…read more He doesn't follow through with details in contract. If his crew lacks experience in doing a task, he has them just leave it as is and simply tells the customer/me, what I'm asking for "is not possible and he doesn't have time nor the money to try and fix my issues". Every time I'd call for an issue, he'd be upset screaming and threaten to take his people off the job. One day he will be pleasant and easy to work with and the next day he can be disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of everything else, he will be deceitful. He promised me "Duramax" Vinyl fencing. He provided me an invoice specifying Duramax was purchased. Once the job was done, I had already lost all trust in this man and grew suspicious, so I called a Duramax rep to come out and inspect the product....I'm glad I did. The fence he used was a cheap product manufactured in China. I went as far as calling the company shown on the invoice - AG Fencing Supply. They told me they do not sell Duramax and do not sell to contractors. I spent thousands of dollars for peace of mind a "licensed contractor" would do a good job without having any issues - I was so wrong.

Recently he's been threatening me because I didn't want his service anymore and he was afraid of reviews. I think that I will have to notify the police of the situation In case of any negative situations. I have cameras everywhere, but just in case. He's NOT an honest man. His service used to be good, but not anymore. We established in the beginning what needed to be done and the price...but those basics are not getting done anymore. After almost 2 years EVERYTHING IS severely lacking. He only mows the lawn and we have to beg and plead to trim bushes etc......for what we're paying it's just not worth it. He likes to remind me that he only charged me for part in a sprinkler system. I would have gladly paid him labor but he said it was a ' favor' . If I thought it wasn't going to be done properly, I would have preferred to pay. When my family came to visit, the yard was NOTICEABLY poorly cared for. I WAS EMBARRASSED!!! Why? because they failed to mow or tend to the trees and scrubs . At the time I was in poor health yet and still I've had to trim trees and scrubs and still have to pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! HE was angry because I didn't want his service anymore more and he kept threatening me if I left a bad yelp review, so he wrote: ( mind you this is the man that LIES about everything) ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" AND: ~"You better pay or I'll call collections "His workers scraped up and threw away the landscaping rocks because they didn't feel like sorting out the seeds that fell into them. I asked WELL IN ADVANCE, suggesting that they either replace them or I could take it out of the bill..... weeks in advance. Mind you, he's paid under the table ... I have proof. He was concerned about ICE and I told him not to worry that he could stay here awhile etc.. ~"if you post on my page ( YELP)I will take you to court for employee abuse and for making threats-because you *are* threatening me by saying that if I don't do what you want, you'll leave comments." ~Yesterday, I spent money on gas and paid a helper to fetch stone, and I gave it to you as a bonus just to make you happy. But even that wasn't enough. Reminder, HIS EMPLOYEES THREW THE OTHERS, but he was given the option, if I buy them I'll have to pay shipping, if you choose to bring them ..... you won't. ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" But he constantly lies! You'd think we would have developed a relationship by now but not true. He wrote me a note detailing all FIVE XTRA Things that he's done over a 2 year period. Since he's NOT an honest man, I could guess at least some of it's true....it's NOT. His workers used to come at a decent time of day. Now they come late and stay 45 minutes at most I have been I poor health lately yet and still | have to trim and pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! See pictures I'd rather pay and get it done correctly than half done for FREE! I've caught him in so many lies. He won't answer texts or phone calls. So if I need something done or have a concern.....l can never get in contact.. UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH GETTING HIM PAID. He likes to remind me about that one time he cut down a bush but forgets that he's being paid $100 per visit JUST TO MOW THE LAWN!
