We needed a major overhaul of the front lawn: replacing the grass, having a sprinkler system replaced, clearing out a lot of yard debris. Fabuan and Max came over, looked over what needed to be done and said that they would get an estimate to me. Melissa sent me the estimate and followed up with paperwork. Everything was clear and concise. Whenever payment was received Melissa made sure to send a copy of the invoice as "paid" for my records. Fabian and Max worked REALLY hard to clean things up and put things in place. There were a couple of glitches along the way but they took care of them. Then, when everything was done, they told me that they provide a month of free service to make sure the grass took, cutting the grass, trimming the lawn, resetting the sprinklers and checking to make sure everything was running smoothly. I reached out for sprinkler repair and a install new timer. One of the only companies to get back in a timely manner and with a detailed quote. No pushy sales tactics. I wish I remembered the name of the techs, but I am terrible with names. However, they were timely and pleasant to work with. If it was not for them, I would probably do 4 stars due to the labor charge. Almost $500 for less than 3 hours of work does seem a bit elevated, but maybe that is the rate these days, not sure. Hope to work with them again in the future, but maybe pay a bit closer attention to the labor charges. read more

I am so happy to have found Evergreen Landscape. My front and back yards were in need of a lot of weed removal and general clean up. I put out a request on Yelp and Evergreen was the first to respond so, I decided to give them a chance. The next day, two Evergreen team members showed up to my home to give me a quote for my project, and I was delighted by their professionalism. They were both wearing Evergreen Landscape t shirts along with their normal work wear, were very friendly, and easy to talk to. They were transparent and proactive in telling me details such as where they would need to hand pick weeds vs. using the weed whacker, and made sure to ask me clarifying question so that we were on the same page. They completed the job today and showed up promptly at the time we had planned on, which I really appreciate. They then proceeded to spend a significant amount of time completing the job, and didn't cut any corners - really completing the job with superb quality. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Evergreen Landscape. Fabian and his team work with face coverings which is important during this time of COVID so we greatly appreciated this. We hired Evergreen to repair backyard damage caused by fire. This included replacing the entire lawn and all the surrounding plants in the planters. They also repaired damage to the planter irrigation system and added additional dirt before installation of the sod. Also, we added a small retaining wall to the corner of our planter. In all, it is exactly what we wanted...we just have to wait for our new plants to grow and catch up with the old ones! Lastly, the pricing was also reasonable. Jose gave me a great price, they come every week around the same time, they do everything they say they're going to do and then some, and they leave the lawn clean, free of clippings, and the lawn looks great! Fabian the owner is a flake! Made an appointment with him for an estimate. The day of the appointment he called and said if he can come by 1.5 hours later because he was running late. I said that would be fine. The time came when he said he would be here. I figure he was going to be late, so I waited. 42 minutes went by, so I called to see if he was still going to stop by. He answered and said no he was still busy. He asked if we can reschedule. I said ,NO! Dont bother coming by. He at least should of called me and said he wasn't coming. We needed a major cleanup job that involved in trimming, cutting, and removing a bunch of weeds/vines from our front/side/back yard, trimming of our short and tall palms was also needed. Not only did Fabian give me a very reasonable quote, but his entire team was very professional and detail oriented throughout the entire process. Though there was a small miscommunication that lead to slightly increase of the agreed price, but it was a reasonable increase and Fabian's willingness to further communicate and satisfy my requirements were all met at the end of the day.
