Professional, responsive, fair. Had a small job but He took care of it quickly! 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Trujillo Tree Service. I originally contacted them and received an estimate a few months ago, but due to my own timing, I wasn't ready to move forward with the project right away. When I reached back out later, they were responsive and easy to work with, and I ultimately decided to go with them. We had a pretty big job removing around 20 mature ficus trees around our property, including stump removal. I received several estimates from other tree companies, and Trujillo's pricing was very fair and competitive. The crew did a great job from start to finish. They worked efficiently and carefully, especially considering some of the trees were in tight areas around the pool, walls, and other parts of the property. They handled a huge amount of tree removal and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I'm very happy I ended up choosing Trujillo Tree Service and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming or removal. Thank you to Jose and the entire crew! read more

A great experience! They responded quickly, gave me a very fair price, and were honest from the beginning. No overcharging, no trying to add unnecessary work, and just honest people doing great work. They were also extremely flexible with my time and came with a large crew. They got the work done quickly and efficiently! I was still having my coffee and they are done! You can really tell they know what they are doing. I will absolutely use them again for all my future tree trimming and bushes removal work. Don't forget to give them a call! read more

This is the second time that we hired this company to remove trees and bushes from our property. Excellent and professional from start to finish. On time and communication with both appointments to give us a quote and removal date. I have never experienced a service to compare with their timeliness, cleanliness, friendliness and respectful. Their prices for their great services are very reasonable also. Highly recommend this company and will continue to call every time for help with our tree and overgrown bushes. read more

Jose was so efficient and responsive. We needed a couple tall palms removed and his crew was in and out in no time. I even referred a few other neighbors to him. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

Provided quote and arrived within the week first thing at 8am. Big left bush was cut and trimmed down for $460. Jose was the contact and he had worker cutting it. No trimming on stop but they carried the branches in their trailer. For $460 it seemed a bit steep to just cut and faintly trim around. Thought it was weird but convenient at the same time to Zelle the payment directly instead of getting an invoice and receipt. Might be with the times of payment through Zelle or Venmo nowadays. read more

Trujillo Tree Service - Before - Tree Services Near Me

It saddens me to write this review because I used Jose and his team for many years and was always very happy with their service. They were reliable, did great work, and charged fair prices. Unfortunately, that has changed dramatically. Recently, I've dealt with canceled appointments, repeated excuses, and, most frustratingly, a complete lack of communication. Text messages are read but go unanswered, even when I'm simply trying to reschedule an appointment they canceled. After being a loyal customer for years, I find this incredibly disappointing. I've given them multiple opportunities and plenty of patience, but at some point, the courtesy of simply responding to a longtime customer shouldn't be too much to ask. Based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this company. Don't waste your time chasing them for a response or wondering whether they're going to show up. If I could give a negative rating at this point, I would. What used to be a company I gladly recommended is now one I would tell others to avoid no matter what. read more

Great service. Reasonable pricing and quality work. Very responsive. Use them every year to clear brush.

I had a great experience with Jose and his tree trimming company. From the start, Jose was professional and straight to the point. He responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a very competitive estimate without any hassle. I had four palm trees that needed trimming and seed pods removed, and his team also hauled away all the trimmings. They were able to come out the very next day, and once they arrived, they got straight to work. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property--and most importantly, they didn't leave a mess behind. Thank you to Jose and his team for the amazing job. I'm very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend his services. I'll definitely be using them again when my palms need maintenance. read more

So glad we found Trujillo Tree service! We had this palm tree that was growing sideways and messing up our gate so we were looking around for a company to take down the trees and clear everything out. We chatted with the owner Jose and he was super friendly and gave us a great price! They came at 7am with their crew and within 48 minutes everything was cleared, they even cleaned up the dirt on the driveway when they finished. I would highly recommend giving them a call for their service. Would definitely refer the. To other friends and family. read more

Trujillo Tree Service absolutely crushed it! We had over 20 trees that needed serious trimming and cleanup, and they brought in a crew of nearly 10 people with multiple trucks. They were in and out in under 3 hours--super efficient, professional, and respectful of the property. Not only did they do everything we asked for, they went above and beyond--and somehow left the place cleaner than when they arrived. My yard looks completely transformed. Highly recommend these guys if you want the job done right and fast! read more

I text Jose (manager) if he can come on Wednesday and he said he couldn't that he can come Saturday. I said ok. (I only ask for a TRIM and to cut the branches coming OUTSIDE the white fence) On Saturday at 7:46am he text me that the guys is outside and it's done. I NEVER got a call or text saying if it's ok if they can start without my consent. I wasn't home! How can someone start a job without the owner being home or without call or text! Smh and this is the job that got done?! This looks like they just cut it straight no skill or any shape! They just cut the whole tangerine tree down! And they didn't even touch the other tree, the branches are still coming out the white fence.! Who does this type of job!? Unprofessional! This is unreal! I'm so mad! read more
