Mr. Vasquez replied promptly and after reviewing my scope of work gave me a quote. There were three quotes, Vasquez tree service was in the middle of the quotes. I contacted them through Yelp project and we arranged the day, Vasquez tree service was on time, cleared an area to take the tree waste and began work. I have been staring at my poor ficus tree - post hack job - for months, but finally got to a spot where I was ready to do something about it. Trusting the many solid Yelp reviews, I sent a request for help to Vazquez Tree Service... and probably within less than 5 minutes Carlos reached out to me. Shortly after he came out to give the tree the once-over, and clearly explained all my options as well as answered my non-tree experienced questions patiently in non-industry words a typical consumer can understand. I had to take a bit of time to pull my $$ together (I have an extremely tight budget), but Carlos gave me all the time I needed. When I was ready & texted him to proceed, Carlos was very responsive.
