Juans Tree Service is an outstanding company. Every year I have to trim several trees on my property in Long Beach and this year I decided to try someone new, so I got several quotes. Price was not the only factor in hiring Juan and his team. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a price that was competitive and reasonable. The most important thing was the job was done correctly, they cleaned up perfectly, and when they showed up, they were professional and courteous. It was also very important I found somebody that was insured due to the nature of the size of the trees . You should do yourself a favor and give them a call. Thanks Juan- your crew did a great job! Fantastic service! They answered my message right away and scheduled to come the next day and give me an estimate. They were punctual very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend Juan Tree Services. They were very responsive from the moment I reached out for an estimate. Juan and his team were able to make it here the same day to remove a tree and prune some other trees. They were super fast and efficient, and left no trimmings behind. The price was reasonable and less than other quotes I received. We are very happy with their work and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks Juan & team! read more

The crew trimmed my trees again this morning, and of course did not disappoint. We now have this relationship down! I text, Rigo gives me a couple of available slots, then the come and do their thing. I spend a few min before they start confirming what needs to be done, then it gets done. They are such a great team and I appreciate them so much I get breakfast meals for everyone. I know it is their job and I hired for a service, I have built a friendship with Juan, I am so impressed with his work ethic and the family being trustworthy. read more

We hire this company for tree service removal and for tree trimming. Rigo was able to provide a free quote the same day I contacted them. We agreed to the quote and set a date for service. His crew arrived on time, they work fast and efficiently as a team. The whole project was done with 2 hour time frame and they left the area they worked on clean. If you want things done right, don't hesitate give them a call. read more

We are very happy with the work done by Juan and his crew. They arrived, verified the job we wanted done, and got right to work. Juan Tree Service was super responsive, affordable, did great work, and scheduled us quickly. I messaged them Wednesday and had the job done on Saturday. After I initially messaged them, and within 5 minutes the job was scheduled. They came on time, did excellent work, and are even insured which is huge. Anything can happen to people or property when it comes to big jobs like this, so we felt so much better knowing this company is completely legitimate. They sent a photo after completion, then handed them a check and they were on their way. I would definitely schedule them again! read more

This is a very LONG overdue review. Juan Tree Services was very easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. We received 3 quotes and they were right in the middle. They were very efficient in getting the work done. If they were unsure of anything they asked before moving forward. The trees are growing back nicely. I would definitely use them again. read more

Three-time repeat customer, and we'll be calling again when our Australian willow is ready for another trim. This time we also had two small trees removed and a palo verde stump ground/removed. The crew was efficient, the work was completed exactly as requested, and they cleaned everything up afterward. Friendly service, great value, and easy to schedule. Definitely recommend! read more

Our tree was overdue with removing grey/dead branches and pruning away from the house. This was not the first time working with any tree service but I will echo that it's important to get someone who prunes appropriately so the tree does not get overly cut. I found Juan Tree Services provided the right guidance. Our tree is a deodar cedar and has been around for a long time. We wanted to prune it and they did a good job. The team also cleaned up well. read more

I want to start off by saying Juan's Tree Service is fantastic. I was referred by a friend who sent their contact info via a photo she took of their truck, lol. I messaged Rigo and he responded immediately. After giving him an idea of what I needed done, we scheduled a date to meet up so he can look at the trees and give me an estimate. I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. Not to mention, after the job was done, their clean up was quick and unbelievable. This team is amazing. Would recommend and work with them again! read more

Juan and his team were fantastic! We needed a pretty large grevillea cut back to a hedge, two dead shrubs removed, and two trees removed. One tree was quite tall and in a tight space and they had no problem. They worked fast and efficiently, and made sure that we were on the same page about exactly what needed to be done before doing anything. I think they got it all done in about 2 hours which was awesome! Juan is such a kind man. I will be calling him for all future projects. read more

Once again another OUTSTANDING tree trim job by Juan Tree Service. I have used them every year for the last few years and their level of professionalism and expertise is amazing. I spoke with Rigo and his uncle (Benjamin) and asked me what I wanted. They bring a crew and then it's game on. They are masters of tree trimming and they knew exactly what I wanted. They do excellent cleanup and trimmed our side bush (which needed it!) also. The cleanup is unbelievable and quick. Best way to describe it is they are the Delta Force (better than Seal Team) of tree trimming. Everyone is in their professional trimming gear and they all know their job. Truly a masterpiece of tree trimming. Look no further!! These guys are truly professionals and you will not be dissappointed. Updated photos.. read more

After finding out that our prior tree service didn't have workers comp, we needed to find someone new. We found Juan Tree Service. I called for a quote and Rigo came out that afternoon. We needed 2 big trees trimmed + one smaller one, one China Doll removed w/stump grinding, a huge woodpile removal and staking our lemon tree. Rigo's quote was very reasonable and they were available that weekend. Juan and his crew showed up on Saturday on time and got right to work. After a portion of a tree was completed, Juan would request feedback to know it was what we wanted. Juan has a unique style of trimming trees that is very natural-looking. They don't just hack off branches, they remove branches in a way that naturally shapes the tree. We couldn't have been happier with their work. All the debris was hauled away and they cleared out the rest with a blower. Honestly, they left the place cleaner than they found it. You can tell by the end result that Juan takes pride in his work and his team. We look forward to working with him again! Thank you, Juan! read more

Their team was cery efficient and professional- i recommend them to anyone who need tree services

Okay I rarely do reviews, but this business is the best. Their work was exemplary, they were right on time, extremely efficient and the job they did surpassed our expectations. Rigo gave us a very reasonable bid, Juan was eager to help us make decisions. The trees were really tall, when deciding the amount to top off I kept asking Juan what he thought, and he rightfully kept saying "what do you think". He explained that we needed to be satisfied. The 6 men who came to do the work were fantastic, and safe. They each wore helmets and the ones on the ladder wore safety harnesses. Juan pitched in to help as well. They covered the spa and pool before starting. They cleaned up all the branches on the ground, in the gutters, and the little that went into the pool after they were done. When my neighbor asked if they could trim back some of the branches on his side of the cypress trees, the added cost was minimal and we were happy to cover the cost. read more

Juan Tree Service is a family owned company and is one of the best that I have dealt with in the last 36 years of living here in Brea. Out of all the other tree services I have used in the past, this company was amazing. Rigo is one of the owners, came out and gave me an estimte on a hugh job with numerous palm trees, magnolia trees, tipu trees and trimming the slopes and hdges for a very reasonable price. Was very happy with the results that Benjamin and his crew provided. Walk the whole premises to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Juan Tree Service. read more

After leaving, he texted us the cost, which we agreed to, and promptly scheduled the work. Juan and the team arrived on time on the scheduled day.
