I've updated my review to 5 stars. I literally posted this review this morning and when I came home…read morefrom work today, the stump (for the 4 star review) was gone! I'm so happy! I love the no fuss, no excuse attitude. Looks like Roman and his crew just came and took care of it. P.S. Roman also seems very knowledgeable about fruit tree trimmings. When he was here about the estimate, he gave some great advice about our orange trees. We'll probably contact him about that when the time is right. ---- Overall, we had a good experience with this company, and I think four stars is a fair reflection of the work, our overall experience, and the issue we had with them. We hired them to remove two VERY tall palm trees, as well as a large tree and some plants around the foundation of our home because we wanted to minimize watering close to the house. I received three quotes before deciding who to hire. Their price came in right in the middle (about $500 difference between the cheapest, and about $500 cheaper than the highest bid. I felt the value for the amount of work they did was very good since they basically discounted the random plants they took out. Roman was very knowledgeable from the beginning. When he came out to give us a quote, he looked at our yard, assessed whether their equipment would fit through the available space, and talked through how they could complete the job given the access limitations. That gave me a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing. Roman was also very quick to respond. He was the first to respond and didn't pressure us to commit. He gave us the quote and told us to keep him updated as we did more research. The crew arrived around 7:00 a.m., got right to work, and I believe they were finished around 11:00 a.m. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they were able to take down two huge palm trees, remove the surrounding plants, grind everything down, clean up, and haul everything away. There was also a small extra touch that I really appreciated. After grinding the palms, they explained that the material could be useful around our other plants rather than simply hauling all of it away. We have two fruit trees, so they spread some of the ground palm material around our existing landscaping for us. They certainly didn't have to take the extra time to do that, and I thought it was very thoughtful. Good thing to know is that they are also able to fix broken pipes. They broke a sprinkler and fixed it right away on the spot. The next day we noticed another broken sprinkler and text Roman. He sent his crew out right away. He's really efficient and responsive which I appreciate. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because one tree in our front yard was supposed to be completely de-rooted and unfortunately wasn't. I text Roman know, and his crew did come back to address it, which I appreciated. However, when I later started working in that area because I wanted to plant something new, I discovered that a significant portion of the root/stump was still there. I reached out a couple more times but unfortunately didn't receive a response. That was disappointing, especially because part of the reason we hired the company was to have everything fully removed so we could start fresh with the landscaping. I think four stars is fair given the overall value of the work, while also taking into account that part of the job remains unresolved. Other customers may have rated the experience lower based on the unresolved root removal, especially since that was part of the work we agreed upon. However, I also want to be fair and give credit for the work that was done well, which was the majority of the job. Had the remaining root been fully removed, this would have been a five-star experience.

Excellent Tree Service!…read more I highly recommend Orange County Tree Service and Roman and his team! From start to finish, they were fantastic. The entire crew was on time, professional, respectful, and incredibly polite. They worked quickly and efficiently, and when they were finished, they did an amazing job cleaning everything up. They removed a ton of large trees all the way down to the root balls, which was a big job, and they handled it beautifully. What impressed me even more was that they took the time to save a small lemon tree and carefully replant it so it wouldn't die. That really showed me that they care about their work and their customers--not just getting the job done. As a local Orange County Realtor, I've worked with plenty of contractors and service companies over the years, and I can honestly say this team is excellent! If you need tree removal or tree service, I would absolutely recommend Roman and his crew. You won't be disappointed!

Price was not the only factor in hiring Juan and his team. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a price that was competitive and reasonable. It was also very important I found somebody that was insured due to the nature of the size of the trees . You should do yourself a favor and give them a call. Thanks Juan- your crew did a great job! This year for some reason it had only 5 figs and the roots grew all over 1/3 of the garden, it was time to cut it down. We went to yelp for recommendation and was pleasantly surprised Yelp had a warranty policy. I called the 1st entry, the man looked cold to me and his estimate shocked the daylight out of me, how could he possibly charge that much, as senor Cabral completed the job in less than 3 hours, he had 2 workers, 1 was his son. My 2nd estimate was with Cabral Tree Service. Camilo Cabral was very nice, I just connected w him immediately, good vibes I guess, he quoted me 40% cheaper than the other dude, I was thrilled as I just came back from a very expensive cruise from Venice to 9 ports and running into a cash crunch I guess, I think I should spoil the grandkids a little less. I was both nostalgic and at the same time relieved seeing it finally gone as the roots were breaking the sprinklers, it grew to the sky and became so huge, it literally fell sideway to the ground. By the way, he said he would fix the sprinklers if he breaks any. Mr Cabral was punctual, he came w his son and another guy, everybody was smiling and happy, in less than 3 hours the tree was gone, I never saw so many weird machines that could pulverize the roots in so little time. After it was done, he cleaned the entire area as if nothing happened. Great job sí señor! If you need a tree removed, call Cabral Tree service, you'll be very happy, I will call Camilo back for some other trees job, my husband thinks he can do it all, to him it's a hobby but it's very dangerous as he had fallen off the ladder once, I will need some trimming service maybe in the fall. I wish I could rate him 6 stars!!

Best part was that they cleaned up after their work and it looked better back there than it does after our landscapers leave. Well worth it. Thanks, Everardo and team. You guys crushed it.
