Miguel came out right away and walked the property with me. We needed a lot of trees trimmed and pruned as well as a ficus hedge in front of the house. His bid was by far the best, he has been in this business for over 10 years but started his own company h the 2 years ago and is trying to build it up locally. I was emailed a copy of his license and insurance which made us really happy to use them. We had 2 super large pine trees done and 11+ queen palms. They took care to move our landscape lighting out of the way and then put it back again so it wouldn't get damaged. Yesterday I began searching for a tree trimmer that would use a 24 ft ladder rather than spike or gaff our Queen Palm Trees. Spiking palms allows insects to burrow inside and will rot the tree from the inside eventually. The holes are also unsightly. I reviewed several local companies. They cut down and ground down the stump of a 30' tree for us and did an amazing job! They came to the property very quickly and gave us a great price. Once they started, it became a larger job than any of us imagined, but they did not increase the cost. However, I gave them a little more money because of the extra trouble. :) Their cleanup was also wonderful. We are planning to hire them again. We purchased our home and realized we had a some trees that hadn't been trimmed or taken care of for years. They also had very invasive roots so we decided to cut them down. Honestly I'm not one to write too many reviews but I'm seriously so happy with this company. I was looking for a company to come trim 8 palm trees and 2 loquat trees at my parents home. I found Valencia's Tree Service though Yelp. I scheduled them on Monday for a Friday 8:00 AM arrival. They arrived exactly on time and did a great job. I hired them to trim my palm trees and remove a tree whose roots were out of hand. Miguel went out of his way to remove the roots without damaging my sprinkler line or drain pipe which I really appreciated. There were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours and left the yard clean.
