I should expect a little bit of this but from my time doing construction a few pieces of solid plywood laid down before running the grinder on the lawn would have minimized the lawn damage. Also, they did not fully clean up as promised. Side of the house has to be cleaned up now and I had to ask them to at least blow off the sidewalk before they left. A better job taking care of my property would have given 5 stars.

After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Angel reached out to me very shortly after I sent out a request for an estimate. I sent him a couple of photos of the 3 thirty foot palm trees that I needed removed and he came back quickly with a very competitive quote, actually beating some others by a couple of hundred dollars. He advised that he had a crew that would be near my place in Newport Beach and he would be able to have them take care of my trees that afternoon. I was given an approximate time and the crew of three arrived, assessed and went right to work. Holy smokes, one of the guys climbed those trees with his safety rig and chainsaw in no time...it was pretty cool to watch him dissect those trees with ease. Within an hour or so, the trees were down, cleaned up and gone. I wanted to keep a small section of one of the trees and the chainsaw guy crafted one into a planter in moments! My six year old daughter is beyond happy about that. Thumbs up on a job well done for a good price. read more

Very nice people BUT they were supposed to completely remove a tree. They cut the stump down and put a chemical on it. Three months later, I have 7 NEW trees growing around my yard from the stump, the tallest of which is now waist-high. (See picture.) I pulled two already, but this is ridiculous. On another note --- the description on Yelp says they accept credit cards. No, they don't. I wanted to send an email to them before posting this, but they don't have an email either. read more

Probably the first out of 10 tree service companies that got to me first with an actual quote. Also was the most affordable out of the bunch and offered to come out the same day! They trimmed the tops off my tall cypress trees and also pruned the sides and hauled away the rest. Overall it took just under an hour, very nice and clean job with an affordable price. Will use them again for future tree work! read more

Amazing! I needed a couple of trees in my front yard to be trimmed since they were overhanging and getting close to the roof of my house. I got a reply from Valencia's Tree Service very quickly, and they were able to come the next day and trim the trees. The trees look fantastic, and look much healthier.
