I messaged Rigo and he responded immediately. After giving him an idea of what I needed done, we scheduled a date to meet up so he can look at the trees and give me an estimate. I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. I had an unsightly tree stump in my front yard that I wanted removed. I called around to 4 or 5 places and of those, My Tree Experts were the only ones to respond at all. Their response was timely as well. I arranged for an estimate and the guy showed up on time. He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

His price was very steep from the start and I was not completely sold. He mentioned his crew was nearby and could come by and scope out the tree I asked to remove due power lines running thru it. His whole crew and multiple trucks showed up as if they were going to start the job. I told the crew I'd call Tony once I feel ready to proceed. Tony calls aggressively stating I am wasting his and his crew's time while dropping the price to get me to agree to proceed right then in that moment. The final price was competitive but he was not willing to give me a day to decide due to being "too busy". He ends up dropping the price by half but at that point his unprofessionalism was enough to no longer proceed. The crew ended up doubling and took up the whole cul-de-sac with their trucks for hours afterwards and claimed they were on their lunch break. My wife works from home, her office window faces the street and she did not feel comfortable with Tony's guys sitting outside for hours sitting around the grass just staring into our property. Meanwhile Tony was calling and texting wasting MY time. Don't get ripped off, ALWAYS get multiple bids and don't fall for cheap salesman tactics.
