A better job taking care of my property would have given 5 stars.

He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

I'm writing this to express how pleased I am with PRG's service. The crew was friendly, courteous, professional and very respectful of my property. They arrived on time and made sure they understood my request before starting their work. Their amazing skills and expertise was very evident as I was watching in amazement as they went to work trimming my palm trees. Their confidence with being high up was really impressive. They constantly made sure that any and all debris falling down did not land on or damaged my other plants below. The incredible team work they showed was impressive as 2 of their crews trimmed and the others cleaned and processed the cutting into the wood chipper. Eduardo, the team captain made sure that I was happy with the trimming before coming down from the trees and that is a sign of thorough detail work. This was definitely not their first rodeo! They did a very respectful job cleaning up afterwards and I was very happy with the end result. I just couldn't express more of how happy I am with PRG Tree Care's service. After being inconvenienced, frustrated by, condescended to, and flaked out on by "Discount Tree Care Arborists" (DON'T HIRE THEM!!!) I called PRG Tree Care & Landscape. Violet at PRG was eager to please and scheduled an appointment with Edwardo immediately to come out to give me a quote to trim 2 palm trees. She was in touch with me every step of the way, very polite, and professional. Edwardo did an excellent job, then left his 2 staff to clean up. They made sure all affected areas were clean, even my neighbor's lawn, my patio, and the street. I HIGHLY recommend them. They provide numerous other services. They're licensed, bonded and insured. It was a pleasant experience. PRG Tree Care & Landscape's excellent customer service was in STARK contrast to Discount Tree Care Arborists Inc. Read their worst reviews. You'll see the obvious lack of courteous, prompt, unprofessional, disrespectful, even lack of honoring of commitment practices. I clearly saw a pattern that matched the TERRIBLE service I received!!! Rafael did an awesome job and worked fast. One thing to note is their stump grinder is very large and they needed at least 34 inches clearance in my door to get it to the stump.
