I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I ended up hiring Octavio's Tree Service because they're the one who came over and they were able to schedule me the following morning; plus they have 5-Star reviews on Yelp. They cut/removed 4 trees from my side yard (1 avocado, 1 loquat & 2 pomegranate trees) plus they also trimmed my pomegranate tree in front.
