I've been using this tree trimming service for over five years, and they continue to exceed my expectations every time. Eric is always responsive, reliable, and easy to work with when scheduling service. The crew works efficiently, does excellent work, and pays attention to detail. They regularly trim my palm trees, and I especially appreciate how neat and professional the finished product looks. Palm trees can easily end up looking uneven or choppy when they're not trimmed properly, but that's never been the case with this company. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and level of service they provide. I always feel like I'm getting great value for the money. Another thing I appreciate is that they always clean up after themselves, leaving my yard spotless when the job is complete. It's hard to find a company that's consistently dependable, but this team has earned my trust over the years. I've used them time and time again and have never been disappointed. If you're looking for a reliable, professional tree trimming service that does quality work, charges fair prices, and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Eric and his team. read more

Highly recommend! We have a big avocado tree that needed to be trimmed. Eric was prompt with responding to my request for an estimate. He communicated proactively throughout. They were able to trim our tree the very next day for a great value. Our tree feels healthy and looks great. They even harvested the avocados for us and blew away the leaves. read more

I found Octavio's via Yelp in October when our tree needed a trim. As first time homeowners, I was ignorant to the ins and outs of maintaining my yard. I received a couple of quotes via Yelp and Octavio's was the most reasonably priced and quickest to respond. Gotta respect the hustle! 9 months later we needed another trim and they were out the next day. The tree has grown back beautifully. Highly recommend ! read more

Had a bush that was massive, these dudes came in and before I could finish lunch it was gone. I will be a returning customer in the future

Needed 5 palm trees trimmed. Found them through creating a project on Yelp. Eric was the first to respond and his quote was fair & competitive (the range in pricing was staggering). But what's more, he was responsive, came right over to check out the job, no pressure and the work scheduled immediately & was great. read more

They did quick work of removing a large palm tree and bird of paradise from my front yard.

I reached out to Octavio's tree service and requested a quote for some tree trimming and removal. I got a prompt response and Eric was able to meet me the same day. I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. This is just poor customer service. read more

Eric as so quick to respond and got the work done very nicely. I will highly recommend.

These guys are great. I had called a previous tree service and sent them pics of some trees I needed removed, and even though they had been great in the past, they ghosted me. Eric from Octavio's responded right away, and came out same day to give me an estimate. He then got his crew here the next day and in one hour they had 3 trees, two bushes, and two birds of paradise removed. They even cleaned up my side yard area which wasn't involved. Eric is professional, friendly, and fast. This will be my go to tree service from now on. And the price was super reasonable. Stop looking and hire them, you won't regret it. read more

Requested tree removal and responded fast. Eric's team worked extremely fast, getting the tree out of the way in under 30 minutes. I'm happy with how the job was done quickly and efficiently. Visually, there's nothing for me to complain about, and I thank Eric for it. The quote was pitched fast and had a better offer than others. While I was happy with the job, there were some criticisms about how the job was being done fast, may leave the roots, and such... The review may change once I get my hands on the spot where the tree was removed. read more

Glad I trusted yelp for this service! Octavio's was just like everyone said -- fast, affordable, clean and overall great! I had 3 different companies come out and Eric gave the best price of all. They were able to schedule us in the following week for 4 tree removals and 1 tree trimming. All were done quickly and look great. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend Octavio's Tree Service. Eric was the first guy came out to take a look at the palm tree in my backyard that I have been wishing to remove for last 5 years. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable quote that we both agreed. Most of all, his company was only few that had the license and insurance. So I wanted to go with their service, and I was pleasantly surprised! Eric and his team were experts in what they were doing. They covered my swimming pool with a tarp for protection and professionally removed the tree much quicker than I imagined. They also grinded the stump so that the tree is completely gone! After all work was done, they paid extra attention to clean up their work. I am glad to find a good tree service that I will be contacting in the future! Thank you Eric! read more

Love what they do. This was the 2nd time they did the tree service for us. The fist time, I called them among 3 other contractors and they got the job because their price was very reasonable. This time, I thought about them but I lost their phone number and name, I had my wife called 3 contractors and again Octavio's got the job! They did the jobs well for both times, cleaned up well after the job with reasonable price compared other quotes we got from other tree servicers. Strongly recommended. read more

This is Another 5 Star review! I contacted Octavio's for a 2 tree removal and I got a responce within 5 mins. (My gardener didn't want to do the job), so that's why I contacted Octavio's. Eric showed up in 60 mins. and gave me the estimate. He said his crew could do the job the next morning. They showed up on time and had everything done in an hour! Now that's Service! If you need tree service, I Highly Recommend Octavio's! Great Job... Thank you! read more

Eric came over to inspect the trees and gave me a quote which was the same price as what the others quoted via text/phone. I ended up hiring Octavio's Tree Service because they're the one who came over and they were able to schedule me the following morning; plus they have 5-Star reviews on Yelp. Eric kept me posted on his ETA and arrived at the promised window period. They cut/removed 4 trees from my side yard (1 avocado, 1 loquat & 2 pomegranate trees) plus they also trimmed my pomegranate tree in front. There were five workers and Eric was at the job site as well. They were very efficient and finished the job in less than an hour. I'm amazed at how well they cleaned up (as there were a lot of fallen leaves to begin with especially with pomegranate trees.) They even cleaned up any trimming that fell into my neighbor's yard. They have a huge truck with a machine grinder/mulcher. I will definitely hire them again. read more

I've had a dwarf Avocado tree for many years. It's a high-maintenance tree just because of all the seeds and leaves that it sheds every spring. Combine that with the fact that it doesn't yield much fruit, and we decided we had had enough and agreed to have it removed. Checked Yelp and Octavio's popped up as a good place to start shopping. Erick answered my call, and after I explained what we wanted to do, he asked me to text him a picture of the tree, which I did right away. He called back within ten minutes with a price and said he could be at our home in an hour to do the job. We agreed, he and his crew showed up when promised, and finished the job in 25 minutes. That time included removing the tree and doing a thorough cleanup. This was an amazing experience. I can't recommend this company enough for anything related to tree maintenance. read more
