I reached out to Octavio's tree service and requested a quote for some tree trimming and removal. I got a prompt response and Eric was able to meet me the same day. I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. Eric came over to inspect the trees and gave me a quote which was the same price as what the others quoted via text/phone. I ended up hiring Octavio's Tree Service because they're the one who came over and they were able to schedule me the following morning; plus they have 5-Star reviews on Yelp. They cut/removed 4 trees from my side yard (1 avocado, 1 loquat & 2 pomegranate trees) plus they also trimmed my pomegranate tree in front.
