Gave quote online working from these pix (THANK YOU for giving me a cost, as I had no idea if I could even afford this). Offered to do the service on a neighbor's tree that hangs over 10" into my yard and has an invasive root system that is killing my lawn FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF ALL THE HIGHLY RATED COMPANIES in my area. The HOA sent out their own landscape contractor, and he identified MAJOR problems where the tree must be removed (I don't have to pay anything as it is my neighbor's responsibility/liability). They said they would contact the neighbor and work it out, but if they don't (which I expect...) I decided I would pay and have Padilla do the trim until they resolve that. He was prompt in reply, helpful, knowledgeable, and is still waiting for a reply on what the heck the HOA is going to do. I have a very overgrown tree in my backyard and wanted to have it trimmed. Eduardo was very fast in responding, gave a reasonable quote and worked with my schedule. This is a family run business, which I think is nice. They provided a fair quote in a professional manner and sent it along with proof of insurance for the workers. They trimmed down my trees to a satisfactory degree but did not leave them bald! In order to get out all of the compacted dead leaves, they used a high-powered blower, instead. This allowed the trees to be thinned-out without them cutting off every green leaf! They cleaned up very well, too. They even hosed everything down! My house is especially difficult because there was a pool in the middle, but they took extra time to make sure all the leaves were out of the pool, as well. read more
