His great demeanor when we talked about what I needed done sold me on the company even though I was supposed to have someone else who I had used in the past come give a quote a few days later. He gave the quote on a Saturday and his crew was able to come to my house by the upcoming Thursday. Their work was like a well oiled machine, they got everything done in such a great timeframe, you wouldn't have even known they were there once they left because there was not even a small branch left on the driveway once they were done. I have seven queen palms in my backyard and I got 4 estimates for trimming them. I wanted a company who could trim the queen palms with no spikes on their shoes. Padilla Tree Service gave me an estimate which was reasonable and explained to me how they would use ladder as a rope pulley system to trim the trees without hurting the trunks.. On the day of trimming, I was a little skeptical and nervous about how they were going to do it because the palms are so tall, but then I saw the worker Jesus and his skill with the ropes and pulleys and climbing up ..then I realized I had nothing to worry about. He did an amazing job!!! I have never been this happy with my palm trees being trimmed! They were also so polite and when they were finished, they cleaned up the backyard and it actually looked better than when they arrived!!! I highly recommend PadillaTree Service for any tree trimming and especially palm trees because they do not use spikes and they are so good and knowledgeable about palm tree trimming.. We needed a tree removed and they did a great job! Eduardo was super responsive, and the guys who did the job left the area looking clean and like no tree had even been there. My husband is a woodworker so he wanted to keep pieces of the tree to use. They were more than willing to do that for us and even specifically inquired what the length of the pieces should be. I called around to 4 or 5 places and of those, My Tree Experts were the only ones to respond at all. Their response was timely as well. I arranged for an estimate and the guy showed up on time. He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

Mark and his crew were fantastic to take care of the job within 30 minutes, from start to finish tree removal to the base. Reached out on Yelp, and he responded quickly and showed up the same day to provide a very fair and competitive quote. He also was quick to provide license and insurance within a few minutes of request. He and his crew were also punctual, on the dot to the appointment. The three-man crew handled it like pros. Safety was clearly their priority - the man climbing the tree anchored himself with chains, and they worked carefully as a team, roped everything down piece by piece, dropping branches carefully, and made sure nothing fell into the neighbor's yard. What impressed me was the cleanup. They left the patio cleaner than when they arrived using blowers, rakes... even cleaned through the garage area.
