Gave quote online working from these pix (THANK YOU for giving me a cost, as I had no idea if I could even afford this). Offered to do the service on a neighbor's tree that hangs over 10" into my yard and has an invasive root system that is killing my lawn FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF ALL THE HIGHLY RATED COMPANIES in my area. The HOA sent out their own landscape contractor, and he identified MAJOR problems where the tree must be removed (I don't have to pay anything as it is my neighbor's responsibility/liability). They said they would contact the neighbor and work it out, but if they don't (which I expect...) I decided I would pay and have Padilla do the trim until they resolve that. He was prompt in reply, helpful, knowledgeable, and is still waiting for a reply on what the heck the HOA is going to do. I started a simple project request from my Yelp account, and I was fortunate enough to have gone with Padilla Tree Service. Their company is absolutely amazing for tree pruning, stump removal, etc. The crew came right on time, and was extremely efficient in removing my 2 royal palm trees from my backyard. They couldn't fit the stump removal machine through my narrow garage door (which was the only access to the backyard), however, the crew was intuitive and removed the door hinges to safely pass the machine through my door. They put my door back, at the end of the job. However, I was watching the crew prune my trees and they were able to give me some advice on how to prune my backyard trees so that the tree would be able to grow back and not die after branches were removed. I live in a tight neighborhood so moving their large truck was difficult. However, they were still accommodating and moved their truck whenever my neighbors needed access to their property. The clean up was immaculate. Not a spot or tree branch was left behind. The reviews seemed too good to be true, but after experiencing the work this company did, I am a happy customer. I have a very overgrown tree in my backyard and wanted to have it trimmed. Eduardo was very fast in responding, gave a reasonable quote and worked with my schedule.
