I hired this company to trim some trees and birds of paradaise on my property. The team did an excellent job. The price was really competitive. It was among the cheapest of the ten quotes that I received. What set the company apart was the communication. The communication was clear, follow through was good. Arrival on day of service was actually ahead of time, which was appreciated. A final small but great indicator of the level of detail was that the team actually took all of the tree trash. I've had other companies try to minimize what they take by filling up our green and even garbage bin without asking. While taking the trash should be an expectation, but it has not been in the market. Ribaldo Lopez came out to my house on Sunday around 10:20 pm to Trim my five trees. It had rained the night before and rain clouds were still in the overcast sky, but Ribaldo did not let the potential for rain stop him. He brought some big power tools, and he did a fantastic job trimming my five small hedges. I will gladly call him every year when my hedges hedges need trimming. He gave me a price that was really cheap and that included hauling away all the branches and leaves. This is getting pretty frustrating. I hired these guys to do a job and the job isn't complete. They didn't grind down the stumps like we agreed and they tried to make it look like they did and didn't even tell me that they couldn't do it right until after I called them about it. This is the wrong way to do business. I have been more than accommodating by changing my schedule the last couple of times they said they were coming out and never did. I had someone waiting to pour cement over that area and I am being delayed because of their poor scheduling and follow through. Don't use this service. I have messaged them several times now and they took days to get back to me and are not not responding at all. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience I feel it's important to share. During the first month, the service was great. I had a serious weed problem and was looking for reliable monthly maintenance to keep things under control. I was quoted $70 per month for two visits, and the first month went exactly as promised. I was very happy with the results. After that, the service completely fell apart. I went an entire month without a single visit and the weeds grew right back. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told my yard would be taken care of, but no one ever showed up. Eventually I sent a message stating that if my yard was not serviced within the week, I would consider the service canceled. No one came, and I never received any response. Good work the first month means very little if the service isn't reliable afterward. Based on my experience and the lack of follow-through or communication, I cannot recommend this company. read more
