I needed to have a tree removed and a new one planted. Eder responded quickly to my quote request and gave a fair price. Throughout the process he was very communicative making sure to ask details about the tree I wanted and even sent me pictures from the nursery with different options. He also did a great job of keeping me updated about arrival time and checking in. On the day of work him and his team arrived on time and were extremely polite, showing me the tree and double checking everything before they got started. They did a great job of keeping everything clean and organized and did not leave any mess or issues. Overall it was an extremely seamless process and we were very happy with the results. read more

Eder was able to give me a rough estimate over Yelp, then came out to confirm that estimate in person before doing the work same day. I feel the price was fair. I'm removing some trees for a new fence line. For some of the trees that were split between my and my neighbor, they were able to cut it as much as possible from my side of the yard and said we would come back out to finish the trees from the other side if necessary. I would recommend his service to anyone need to trim or remove trees in their yard. read more

Wow! Just wow! Where to begin. First Eder, is a very fair, honest, hardworking business man. We needed our 2 palms trimmed and cleaned. We just moved into our house and had no idea when the last time it was done - come to find out, at least 2 years. Eder was responsive to my messages, quoted me a more than fair price, he showed up early to our house and exceeded my expectations for how the trees would look after, and completely cleaned and hauled everything away. He even netted the pool after. I mean it's SPOTLESS. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate to use his services. He was great! 10/10. read more

He was a true professional, excellent service, great at what he does, very informative and was very patient as I had to wait on HOA for a month to approve the work. WORST SPRINKLER REPAIR EXPERIENCE! I have had the worst experience for sprinkler repair/maintenance from "EDER LUCERO". I needed new sprinkler valves installed so Eder comes to my house, installs the new sprinkler valves and I pay him the $200 that he charged me and he leaves. I check on the valves and they are leaking, literally leaking water. There is a puddle.. So i call him to come take a look and maybe resolve the issue but instead blames the leak on my water overflow and refuses to even come take a look. BEWARE OF EDER LUCERO !!!! This guy is out to make a quick buck and not really care about the outcome of the job or customer service!!! He posts on next door constantly so if you see the name EDER LUCERO!!-- he is a SCAM! Luckily, was able to get in touch with another sprinkler guy who fixed the leaky valves and resolved the issue.. thank god! See the video below of the puddle and the video of the leaky valve that was created by EDER LUCERO!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN FOR ANY OF YOUR GARDENING/SPRINKLER NEEDS!!! read more

My husband and I needed a portion of our lawn leveled off for a small playset for our kids. After another service canceled on us an hour before they were supposed to start working, Yelp referred me to Eder Tree Service and Lawn Maintenence. They responded to all my questions and came out to give us an estimate SAME DAY. He was honest and fair, and the estimate was exactly in our budget. They showed up for work exactly at the time they said they would and finished the job in less time than expected (and in 100-degree weather). We're highly satisfied and will contact them again for future landscaping needs. Thanks so much, Eder!! read more

I am updating my review with Eder. I had ask Eder to make sure to make the landscape design somehow to not have anymore grass and weed because I don't have anytime to maintain them. He told me OKAY he will pour 4inches thick of mulch and then he poured over around the rocks as decoration. I honestly did not see much labor done for the money I had paid. Eder worked for a total of 4.5 hours and expected $300 material supplies money upfront. I paid over $$1100 and if divided out he was making over $200 am hour that day. This as a rip off and he didn't lay under the mulch any plastic fabric sheeting to make sure weeds don't grow. He told me I have to spray each weed What's the whole purpose of me doing the landscaping if I have to spray all over my front yard? Might as well buy a lawnmower and have grass! This is terrible business. If you didn't do the job right you need to correct it and make sure to get it done so you promise your customers what you agreed on. I would not trust This business I never received a receipt at the end of the job when I was told I will either. Eder is a nice guy but he didn't follow through with his promise on what was agreed on the job. read more

Had to have a 12 year old orange tree relocated in our yard. Received quotes from multiple businesses. Pricing was all the same. The difference was in communications with Eder Tree Service. The owner was very upfront and as I further learned has an incredible amount of knowledge. He gave me a quote but he actually wanted to see the tree itself, not just pictures. He explained that he needed to check the health of the tree before bringing out his crew so he scheduled an appointment and was on time. He explained everything in detail after looking at the tree. Tree was/is healthy so transplanting outcome is about 80% positive. He explained that trimming and shaping would also be helpful, and at no additional cost. Eder returned a few days later with his crew and performed the tree relocation. He and his crew did a wonderful job and communicated very well. He also noted a rot issue with one of the palm trees. Although the fronds looked green and healthy, the tree is rotted. He should me the area of the trunk and pulled off the section of rot. There is nothing left inside and the tree is going to die and fall on its own. It was very bad. I asked if he could remove the tree and his crew did so in short order. I will use Eder Tree Service going forward. We also have landscaping to be done in the backyard and we will be going forward with Eder on this as well. I would highly recommend Eder Tree Service. Great work and truly cares about his customers. Very happy customer. read more
