Marco and his team at Timber Pros Tree Service did an excellent job pruning and shaping our front yard sentinel. The tree is right up against the house, very close to the wall and the roof so ther is always concern about working that corner, however everything was handled safely and efficiently. The Timber Pros showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. The price was fair and exactly as quoted with no surprises. Marco and tghe Timber Pros were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

Timber Pros did an amazing job. We had them come out to trim 3 larger trees that were starting to get out of hand, and you can see from the before and after images how good and manageable they look now. I had one guy come out for a quote who just glanced at the trees and gave me a suspiciously low quote without asking any questions. Timber Pros came out and asked me exactly what I was looking for, and they offered advice on air flow and shaping the trees. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good. We'll definitely be back for maintenance and touchups. read more

I woke up this morning to find a huge tree had fallen on my car. Calling the city just to figure out whether it was their responsibility was a complete hassle. I reached out to several tree service companies for quotes, and Marco stood out immediately. He was honest, prompt with his responses, and very professional -- which I truly appreciated. Since the tree fell on my only means of transportation, I needed it removed as soon as possible so I could move forward with repairs. After seeing the pictures and understanding my situation, they prioritized my service, which meant so much to me. Times are tough, and not everyone has the ability to pay the full upfront amount right away. As a single mom, that can be especially stressful. Marco was willing to work out a deal with me, and I'm incredibly grateful for that flexibility. Armando and Tommy were amazing -- super fast, gentle, polite, and efficient. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the debris (and maybe even a little extra!). Armando even recommended the necessary steps to do for filing the damages with my car and home. I would absolutely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thank you all so much for your help during such a stressful situation! read more

The guy who did the estimate was nice and responded quickly. They did clean everything up afterwards. Pricing was reasonable. However: - when they cleaned up, they dragged the branches down our DG paths, which we had just spent thousands of dollars to redo the year before. By doing this, they scraped up all the surface DG, leaving behind the base compacted DG which looked ugly and ruined our new paths. To be fair, I guess I'm not exactly sure how else they could have removed the Fallen branches, but maybe by being aware of this, they could either be more careful or future clients would know NOT to do this kind of work soon after getting their DG paths done. - the estimator told me the only way to get rid of my bird of paradise stumps was to dig them out by hand. Because I am not a fan of Roundup in general, I believed him. A year later, we had a patch of bird of paradise seedlings that is double the size that we started with! And I'm sure paying for that labor was more costly than chemical killer. - Six months after the job and my payment, I received an email telling me I had not paid. I had to go dig up a scan of my check from the bank to send it to them and inform them that they had made a mistake. They never responded. Though the trees seem to be fine, there's room for improvement on the business end of things. read more

I contacted Timber pros based on the great yelp reviews. I have huge eucalyptus trees that have not been maintained for over 50 years. I was very nervous about just hiring any company to trim them since my neighbor has several sheds and chicken coops by our fence line. From the initial estimate walk-through to the finished project. Stop scrolling--this is the tree service you need. Five stars isn't just a rating here; it's a standard, and this team delivers 5-star service for a 5-star reason. Honestly, the quote they gave me was so reasonable, I felt like I was getting away with something. The value and level of service they provided went so far above and beyond the initial offer that I happily added a little extra, and even treated the boys to some Red Horse beer because they truly deserved it! They earned every penny and then some. And let's talk about the crew especially Marco's cousin, these guys were absolutely on point. They were incredibly diligent workers, moving with precision and purpose, and were so respectful of my property. When they finished, the cleanup was immaculate--seriously, my yard looked cleaner than it did before they started. They left zero mess behind. You can genuinely feel that this is a family-owned business, run by Marco, the owner. The way he and his team treat their staff and interact with their customers--it feels less like a transaction and more like being treated as one of their own. That kind of care and commitment is what sets them apart. I've dealt with other companies, but this is, by far, the best tree service I have ever had. If you want professional, respectful, high-value work delivered with a true family touch, book them immediately. This is a heartfelt, genuine appreciation for an amazing team! read more
