We had them come out to trim 3 larger trees that were starting to get out of hand, and you can see from the before and after images how good and manageable they look now. I had one guy come out for a quote who just glanced at the trees and gave me a suspiciously low quote without asking any questions. Timber Pros came out and asked me exactly what I was looking for, and they offered advice on air flow and shaping the trees. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good. The guy who did the estimate was nice and responded quickly. They did clean everything up afterwards. Pricing was reasonable. However: - when they cleaned up, they dragged the branches down our DG paths, which we had just spent thousands of dollars to redo the year before. By doing this, they scraped up all the surface DG, leaving behind the base compacted DG which looked ugly and ruined our new paths. To be fair, I guess I'm not exactly sure how else they could have removed the Fallen branches, but maybe by being aware of this, they could either be more careful or future clients would know NOT to do this kind of work soon after getting their DG paths done. - the estimator told me the only way to get rid of my bird of paradise stumps was to dig them out by hand. Because I am not a fan of Roundup in general, I believed him. A year later, we had a patch of bird of paradise seedlings that is double the size that we started with! And I'm sure paying for that labor was more costly than chemical killer. - Six months after the job and my payment, I received an email telling me I had not paid. I had to go dig up a scan of my check from the bank to send it to them and inform them that they had made a mistake. They never responded. Though the trees seem to be fine, there's room for improvement on the business end of things. read more

As a Chino Hills homeowner, our landscaping is really important to us because our 65-year-old olive tree is the focal point of our front yard. The tree was transplanted here in March 2025, so I wanted to be very careful with this first trim while it's still adjusting to its new home. I'm very detail-oriented (maybe a little picky ), and they honestly exceeded my expectations. The goal was to remove dead branches and only do very light thinning if needed so we didn't stress the tree. Marco totally understood what I wanted and never pushed for more trimming than necessary. This business did an amazing job removing my olive tree from in front of my house. The tree had one stump but four large branches that grew out of it. Olive trees are beautiful but they leave quite a mess behind and have lots of little crevices in them to house hives. A team of four came out within days of reaching out to them and took the tree down, ran the debris through the wood chipper and came back to do the stump grind. This tree service was excellent. We just had them remove 2 old trees infected with termites and rot. It was hard letting them go but after speaking with the owner Marko , he re assured us that the tree was un savable . His crew was fast and efficient and Marko knew his business well. He was on site as well and educated my wife and I about the different trees to prune and or buy to replace . We will be using them again soon in December to prune the rest of our trees.
