The crew did an excellent job removing the tree trunk efficiently while taking great care not to damage any of the surrounding plants, our outdoor fireplace, or the fencing that was in very close proximity to the tree. Izzy, the project manager, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the scope of work. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the work that was to be done from start to finish. The team arrived exactly at the scheduled time and got straight to work. I called Anthony's Tree Service and he responded promptly. My sago palm tree had 6 pup plants growing around it and I had no idea how to remove it. The crew came by within the hour to remove all 6 pups. They cleaned up the dead leaves and spines off the tree trunk as well. After the work was done they cleaned up all the dirt and debris in the backyard. Next I mentioned to them that my Pygmy date palm leaves were obstructing the path to my front door. They cleared up some leaves and cleaned the trunk there as well. They accomplished work I could never have done myself. They left my yard looking cleaner than it was before their arrival. As far as a tree service I give them 5 Star, the crew works very hard, we had a huge pine that fell in our yard across our pond. They were very careful to support the tree as they cut so as not to do further damage to concrete. However, after my husband and I each had conversations with the OWNER about the absolute necessity of covering the pond and stream, we were ignored.!! I came out to find huge amounts of pine shavings in the pond, I instructed the crew to cover the pond immediately. our pond was ORANGE! The pine shavings had polluted the water, as a result we had to empty the pond, wash the rocks by hand to remove the pine shavings. We transferred the Koi to a holding area while we worked for hours, unfortunately 3 of our 4 Koi died. Upon telling Anthony he did NOTHING but shrug his shoulders and apologize!!! I recently found out how much he was paid by our insurance company and I'm shocked that he didn't offer any compensation for the loss of my 14 year Koi !!!!!
