The guys came out to trim my palm trees. I asked that they only leave 2 branches on each tree and they did exactly what I asked. The did an amazing job on the trees and the clean up. I'd definitely recommend this service and I'll use them again. I've added a before and after picture. The tree make look bare but that was my request because I hate all the palm tree stuff falling into my pool. read more

I found this company on yelp, as soon as I called, Miguel answered and was very nice and helpful with my questions. I called a day before and he scheduled me for the next day! The work he and his crew did was removal of 2 trees and cleaned up 3 of my Palm trees! The team worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The overall experience was great, communication was always maintained and they were fast and efficient! I will definitely be doing business in the future with them! Anyone interested in their service should reach out to Miguel! Price is reasonable and will work with you! Thanks again for the wonderful work. read more

My husband requested a quote and Miguel came out on a Sunday which we really appreciated. By early Monday morning, our palms and lemon tree were back in tip top shape! We are so relieved that we will not have to deal with the dry, heavy palm leaf debris and rolling lemons when the heavy Rancho winds hit this fall. Looking forward to having healthier, more luscious trees return next spring! read more

I initially called in for lot cleanup and Miguel came by and gave me a quote for the trees as well. I thought the price was reasonable so I got 2 out of the 6 mature pine trees removed with my lot cleanup. Since his team did such a great job, I had them come back for the other 4. They were able to do 2 in one day and the other 4 in another day. This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. It seems like he knows the area very well and has experience with home insurance as well so he was able to advice us what to do with the trees. He has all the equipment and the people necessary to do the job. Highly recommend! read more

I was shopping around for quotes and Miguel originally quoted me $2900 to remove a tree. As soon as I mentioned I had got more competitive quotes he knocked off 400 bucks and said $2500. I later ended up getting an offer for 2300 with another company. I had narrowed it down between them two . I simply asked if he can beat that price and he gets upset and says I'm playing games when he's the one that isn't being honest and trying to up charge me from the jump. Don't feel bad for shopping around because you have people like this trying to up charge you for no reason. Next time quote something accordingly Miguel. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere and put my 2300 in another business pockets. read more

I hate to write such a review. But after I called Alejandro and send him pictures for bad trimming his people did and asked him to be to corrected he tried to give me excuses and refused fixing the problem unless I pay him. They were quick, clean and thorough. They trimmed two palms in my front yard that were way overdue. Miguel worked with me on a good package cost for the two. My wife has some flower beds under one of the palms and I was concerned about the flowers being damaged underneath, but they did their best to make sure the debris landed away from the flowerbeds and they cleaned up beautifully. The trees look great and the crew was professional and did a great job. read more

Had a tree go down in the heavy winds. Landed in the driveway, sidewalk, and a bit of street. Looked online. Alejandro was local, and answered right away. Was at the house in a little over 30 minutes. A price was offered, and accepted. While not a bargain, I had minimal choices, and the work was exceptional. Crew and wood chipper made fast work of taking down the entire tree and deadfall. Cleanup was awesome. No sawdust, woodchips, leaves, or twigs were left. Very satisfied with process and results. read more

Very fast service and efficient (it was like they weren't even here minus the wonderfully trimmed trees). They communicated through the process. They removed a couple of trees from my neighbors lot, but while doing so dropped a big round on our fence. Never said a word, but my neighbor saw it and confronted them. I called Miguel on Friday afternoon requesting a quote to remove two sad looking trees. He came by within a couple of hours and provided a reasonable price. His team of six came to my home Saturday morning at 8 a.m. The tree and stump removed went smooth and the workers were very professional. Miguel stopped by after the job was done and suggested that he could trim up ten palm trees and four addition overgrown trees. He gave me a good price because his crew was already on site and they had a little addition time before their next job. Once trimmed, the palm trees looked fantastic as did the other trees. The entire job was done by noon. Overall, Alejandro's Tree Service did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and I will use this service in the future. We just bought a house with a lot of trees on the property that have not been properly maintained. We received several quotes and decided to go with Alejandro's. They were not the cheapest, but they were very responsive and available right away. They came out the next day, fully prepared for the large job with the right equipment and the right amount of people. They took debris that I had created from previous yard work days and cleaned up their mess fantastically. The trees were so large that debris got on the neighbors property. They went over there and cleaned up all that as well. They did such a great job, my neighbors came over and had them trim his trees as well. They were very professional and thorough.
