I had requested a quote through Yelp with what I thought was a specific contractor but Yelp decided to spread the love and I had a bunch of contractors reach out to me. Of course, I didn't know this at the time and I agreed to a deal with RV Tree Services thinking it was the contractor I reached out to. Whoops! A deal is a deal in my book, but in this case it worked out because I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I needed two trees removed from my yard. A palm sprouted up too close to the house and was on the precipice of messing with the brick work. I also had what was about a 40 foot ficus tree whose thick roots became invasive to the point it was starting to break some of the concrete in my yard and I was starting to worry it would get into the plumbing. Out of the contractors that responded only RV gave me a quote based on the pictures I sent. I thought the work was going to be done the next day but the owner, Emmanuel, fit me in and did it the same day! The ficus looked bigger and bigger every time I looked at it but Emmanuel was "no problem" and he and his partner got to work immediately. Within a couple of hours both trees were gone and so was the stress of any damage to the house. My 6 palm trees in the back yard needed to be trimmed so I requested for quotes from few different places. RV gave me the best deal and said they can do it on the same day. I sometimes think that there is reason when one is cheaper than others but I chose RV because I needed the trees trimmed ASAP. However, my guess was wrong. They did the perfect job and I was very amazed by their work ethics. The pool was filled with the debris but they took care of it and the back yard was cleaner than before. Reached out to several companies for quotes to have 2 palm trees/stump removed. Many companies try to start extremely high but RV was fair. He gave me a price scheduled a day to come out. My backyard is currently in shambles.... so I sent him a picture of all angles of my yard and measured the entry for him so he can make sure his equipment would fit. Was looking to trim four very tall queen palm trees. I got about 5 quotes from different people. This quote wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive. I communicated with the owner through emails and then on the phone. We negotiated a price and decided to go with this company. I decided on these guys based on the previous good ratings. Also the owner Emmanuel was easy to talk to and seamed honest in the work. The job was tricky as I have water lines and gas lines near the palm trees. These guys did a great job. They finished quickly and did a great job not to disturb the gas and water lines. The palm trees were along the fence line with the neighbors yard. so I was concerned about the trash. They did a great job cleaning my yard and not a single piece of trash was left in my neighbors yard. I'm glad I. Went with these guys. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded by hiring RV tree service. We had multiple quotes by different companies and chose RV based off of the things that were said about them as well as the price they quoted us. We had over 30 trees to trim and they set about it quickly and worked hard from the early morning, were super courteous and polite as well as doing way over the top extra things like one of our cars was in the way and the battery had died so they offered to put it in neutral and push it out of the way then put it back after they were all done. The price was excellent, the customer service was excellent, the quality of work was amazing as well as the fact that they left everything SPOTLESS! You know when you are trying to get a quote and/or hire someone and they flake and flake and flake? Not this company! Asked for a quote, came out same day, hired them, made appt for next day and they showed up on time! He communicated with me every step of the way, even when en route. They trimmed 15 trees for us, gave us a fair price, and they were in an out in 3-4 hours. I would have thought about this past my husband pointed out these guys have their own ship or so it takes away from your dump fees and them having to leave constantly to go to the dump. Lastly they went over and above, we had some leaves on our patio that they picked up for us, some branches, etc.. my patio looks better than it did before they arrived. Ongoing review, they have not finished work as of this post. Emmanuel gave a decent bid to remove six palm trees and trim two other trees. It was not the lowest or highest bid but I decided to go with RV. He and his crew were on time and worked for two half days to get the job done. They worked quickly and did not leave a mess.
