Elenes Tree Service - Tree Services Near Me - Rialto, California

Such an amazing family owned and operated company! We had them out twice this last week for different things. They did such a great job with the first thing, that having them come back out for something else just made sense. Daniel stopped by our house to give us a quote to trim our grapefruit tree and remove a tree stump. After speaking with a few companies, we felt like Elene's was the best option. He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! Again, quick, efficient and job well done. Next we plan to work with them to trim our giant pine, and help us create a planter wall- two things that've been on our "list" for a long time. Over all working with this company was a great experience. I highly recommend them! Also- pricing was very reasonable, and aligned with other quotes we received. read more

We had scheduled well in advance with this questionable two bit low budget bunch of renegade nonprofessionals for removal of a dead tree on our property and I had even rearranged my schedule for them, but these dudes showed up a day early at the crack of dawn and rang the doorbell repeatedly, insisting that we allow them access to our property. They wanted to do the job a day early without any prior notice and claimed to be working on a job two houses down from us, which turned out not to be true. They were overly insistent, even yelling at my brother over the fence in the back yard to get his attention, and it soon became apparent that they wanted to do our job a day early because they had booked a more lucrative job into the time slot that had originally been reserved for us. I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. I tried to reason with him, but he simply stopped responding to my texts. Why couldn't he have just been honest with us in the first place and told us that they had given our scheduled time slot to someone else and needed to reschedule instead of trying to saddle us with the lie that they happened to be in the neighborhood and working two houses down from us, which wasn't true? Their lame excuses, their bad behavior, and their total lack of professionalism are frankly mind boggling! read more

I had 4 bids for palm tree removal, hillside cleanup, and planting 25 gal trees. Elenes' bid came in the middle, but was impressed by Daniel Sr's professionalism. They were able to do the work in one day. Spoke to Daniel Jr throughout the day about what needed to be done. I was impressed by the results. They accept Zelle. I will hire them again in the future. read more

For tree trimming service - Daniel, who runs the business with his dad, was my contact person from start to finish. Quick to respond and schedule a quote. Able to start quickly. Quoted me a comparable price. The job was completed faster than anticipated. Daniel communicated when to expect the crew and what to expect later in the day. The crew arrived on time and completed a lot of work within the day. Daniel was mindful of tree branches falling in the neighbors yard and was responsible for taking care of those. Completed the job, as discussed and agreed upon, and cleared the debris within the day. Work went smoothly. No issues. I would recommend and definitely use their services again in the future. read more

Elena's had the lowest cost but their service was top notch! Lots of communication, showed up on time they worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely. And the tree is gone!!! read more

I want to make it clear that this tree service acted in a completely unethical and unacceptable manner. I could not give a worse review. My neighbor hired them to trim trees on their property and requested they trim back a tree from their side. Instead of limiting their work to that request, this company entered my property without permission and not only trimmed the tree, but completely removed it--leaving only a stump--and also cut down additional trees. When I confronted them about who authorized them to be on my property, they claimed my neighbor had given them permission and dismissed any responsibility for the removal of my trees. Their actions have caused significant damage and have left us with no choice but to pursue legal action through small claims court. read more

Yelp sent my request for a quote on a stump removal to 5 different Tree Services in my area. Elenes git back to me immediately. They gave me a quote and said they could be at my place in 30 mins. They showed up and got right to work. I asked them to remove a tree in my front yard in addition to the stump removal. They cut the tree down and ground the stump, removed the stump in the backyard all before lunchtime. Amazing work Thanks Elenes PS: 2 of the Services never responded. 1 of them asked me to call them back to get a quote, even though they had all the info and pictures. The last service sent me a quote after Elenes was already done and gone. read more

Very fast and super nice. Daniel was straight forward and gave me a reasonable price. I definitely would hire again! :)

This business responded quickly to our request for a call back and quote. Same day! (Unlike a couple of others who still haven't called back!) They showed up on time and got to work right away. They removed one large dead tree within 3 hours and left a nicely stacked pile of firewood sized wood. They did an amazing job of cleaning up. Very polite. Bilingual. Family operation. They returned the next day and cleaned up a very large pine tree and did an excellent job shaping and cleaning out dead branches. Again they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Reasonable cost. Stuck to the quoted amount. We definitely would use them again and highly recommend. read more

Did a poor job at pruning a backyard tree. There are several reasons why I gave this rating: 1. Service was not worth the money. This was one of the most expensive quotes we found for tree trimming. The following reasons were even more upsetting since we paid so much for the service. 2. The branches were not trimmed well. Branches were broken and not trimmed well. After several weeks, we have had two branches break and fall. We have never had any branches break until after they trimmed. The branches they left were so thin, they couldn't handle the weight. We have children who play in the backyard. This is a safety issues and we are considering whether we should take legal action. 3. The communication between me and Daniel ("owner") stopped after two messages, after I asked him to fix the issue. Not sure how someone does business this way. It's very disappointing that they charge so much for their tree trimming service, yet they are not accountable and responsible for their shoddy work. I would skip them and go with another service. read more

Danny's team did a great job removing the two palm trees, and while rescuing two baby squirrels! I would recommend Elenes Tree Service as they did a great job with my trees. read more

I chose to cancel the job as they arrived since they gave several reasons why they might not be able to complete the work we spoke about previously, despite confirming beforehand that they could. Later, their son called me to complain, saying they were offering me a great price, but from my research, their pricing was pretty standard compared to other quotes I received. I explained to him that my decision had nothing to do with the cost - it was their lack of professionalism and responsibility that led me to cancel. When I hire someone for a job, I expect them to act professionally and not start off by making excuses, as that immediately creates doubt about the quality of their work. read more

I have been using Elenes Tree Service to trim my palm trees for a few years now. They are the Best! They do an Excellent job and clean up nicely after. Daniel and his crew are very professional and hard working. On a side note- for the last couple of months, I've had a dead tree that needed to be disposed of, but I had no saw to cut it up. Daniel and his Team, did me a HUGE favor and gave me a helping hand, by cutting it up and disposing of it, even though this was NOT part of the scheduled job. They go above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service! Highly recommend them! read more

I hired Elenes to remove 4 tall messy pine trees on my rental house in Riverside. Elenes responded quickly and went the next day to view and estimate. They called with their reasonable quote and reassured me about my concerns over broken water lines. They said they would repair the pvc if broken. We set a date quickly and they were able to complete the job in a professional manner. In fact one line was broken because it was intertwined with the roots and it was repaired . I was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend Elenes Tree Service. read more

Have about a 40 year old Pine that we've had trimmed about every 5 or so years and was in need of a cleanup. Contacted Elenes Tree Service through Yelp and Daniel was very responsive. Setup an appointment to check it out and came in at a fair price. Leading up to and the day of the job he was in constant communication while stopping by to make sure the work was going as planned. They asked what I was looking for then applied their knowledge and skill to get the job done. Everyone from the Elenes team was great and professional. Crazy to watch everyone working in sync and the climber navigate while making precision cuts. They cleaned up the area well and made sure we were happy with the progress and completed project. Will be contacting them again when the next trimming is needed. read more

Fast and honest. Came right out and told me my problem! It was refreshing to have someone like that.

Broke several retainer wall caps by dropping large limbs instead of lowering down professionally. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures, he responded and ensured me he would take care of us. He then quit returning my calls and never fixed the issue. We've used this company several times and made a lot of recommendations for friends and family. Elenes Tree service lost us as future customers and would not recommend to anyone in the future. read more

My husband and I are relatively new home owners. Our palm trees need some trimming. When the wind blows the dead palm leave were touching the house. I want it cleaned up, especially since it's fire season. Initially, we were going to do it ourselves but needed to buy some tools. I reached out on yelp and got 4 different quotes. Daniel with Elenes got back to me very quick and answered any questions I had. He was also able to come out within two days! We would definitely use them again. Very happy with their service.
