This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. It seems like he knows the area very well and has experience with home insurance as well so he was able to advice us what to do with the trees. When I mentioned I would like to have it done ASAP I honestly didn't expect him to show up with the trucks and crew to do the work. They got started immediately. They even put sheets of plywood on the roof to protect the shingles. When done they asked if it was to my liking and I thought I wanted one or two more limbs thinned out and it was done before I knew it. When they had completed everything was picked up and and raked clean. Plants and decorations were put back in place at the base of the tree. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future work I may need. Thank you.

This was all cleaned up to Hunting Garden standards and the place was left clean. This was one days work, incredible price in my mind for the skill required to do this place and you couldn't ask for nicer owners who were here to observe and guide the awesome guys climbing the trees. They came on time and worked methodically to remove weed growth on gravel paths with fraying old weed barrier. They placed new weed barrier and spread gravel back on top. When I pay Matthew his quoted price at the end of job, he asked for 30% more, because the quote was a discount on condition that he does both jobs he quoted. I ended up paying him 25% more than the original quote. read more

He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! They were overly insistent, even yelling at my brother over the fence in the back yard to get his attention, and it soon became apparent that they wanted to do our job a day early because they had booked a more lucrative job into the time slot that had originally been reserved for us. I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. I tried to reason with him, but he simply stopped responding to my texts. Why couldn't he have just been honest with us in the first place and told us that they had given our scheduled time slot to someone else and needed to reschedule instead of trying to saddle us with the lie that they happened to be in the neighborhood and working two houses down from us, which wasn't true? Their lame excuses, their bad behavior, and their total lack of professionalism are frankly mind boggling!

Miguel Tree Service came out the same day that I requested a quote and their quote came in well below any other quotes that we received. They were able to come out next day and do all the work and they did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond cleaning up any and all debris that was generated from the process including raking and leaf blowing far beyond the areas where they were working. On the day of the work, they were on time, efficient with their work, and left me with absolutely no cleanup and a great looking yard. I highly recommend them and we'll be calling contacting them again in the future for any further trimming needs.
