I hired Efrain & his crew to remove a tree, remove the tree stump, and a smaller yard clean-up. They were on time, professional, did a nice job removing the tree and the yard clean-up. However, when the weather improved and I went to plant something where the tree was, I found that the stump wasn't removed, it was just buried under a couple of inches of dirt. That's not what we agreed to and not what I paid for. I contact Efrain, he told me he'd come out and take care of it. He still hasn't. I just watched these guys do my neighbors yard in Beaumont and they just blew all the leaves in her yard out onto the street instead of properly picking them up and the wind took them and scattered them into my and the other neighbors yard. I know it was Efrains Tree Service because their truck has the logo on the side. I may change my review in the future if I see them properly putting the leaves in a pile and into a trash can or bag. It wasn't like they were picking the leaves up and the wind took a few, they did not pick up a single leaf and the intention was just to blow all of them into the street. I had them come out to trim 6 palm trees and they did a great job making the trees look very nice, they also did a great job with cleanup. The only thing that was a little disappointing was I asked them to trim the trees from the back neighbors on the back fence, and it wasn't very good, but overall, I would recommend them to anyone that I know because what I hired them for it was excellent! These guys are great. Responds quickly and provided a quote quickly and was able to accommodate our schedule. I had a beast of a tree to cut down. These guys took it down with no problem and removed the stump. They were even patient with my neighbors that wanted to take some pine cones and wood.
