The crew was scheduled to arrive at 8am on Friday, but unfortunately, no one showed up at the agreed-upon time. After reaching out to your office, we were told the crew would arrive between 8am and 12pm. However, that window also passed with no sign of anyone, and our follow-up call went unanswered. Eventually, the crew arrived at 4:45pm and completed the trimming on all the trees--except our pear tree, which we didn't realize at the time. The crew left all the trimmings piled on our driveway and assured my husband that they would return at 8am on Saturday to remove the debris. Sadly, by 5:30pm on Saturday, no one had come by to take care of the mess, and since we hadn't received a return call to my husband's message on Friday, I decided to call from my phone, hoping you might recognize a new number and respond. I left a voicemail, and thankfully, you called me back promptly. During our conversation, I mentioned both the leftover trimmings and the untrimmed pear tree. Later, the owner texted to apologize for the inconvenience and said someone would be out on Sunday.
