I can't recommend Efrain Tree Service enough. We called for an estimate based on Google and Yelp reviews and we were pleased with the reasonable quote and customer service during the estimate process. Then, on job day, the crew arrived on time and carefully removed our tree around pool equipment and sprinklers. They consulted us through the process, and when finished, they cleaned everything up, including the wood chips, fallen leaves, etc. A very professional and thoughtful job from start to finish. Efrain was also considerate of my emotions as the tree was being removed. I really loved the tree, but the root system was starting to impact our pool equipment. Efrain said he could cut the roots and leave the tree, but it would be a temporary fix and the problem would return. When a tropical storm strolled through SoCal a couple weeks back, it toppled one of our trees. We called on a Sunday evening, mainly to get into the que of what was going to be a line of people needing tree removal services. Efrain answered the phone and offered to come out immediately if it was an emergency! We said no, and he was able to come by Monday for an estimate, which included another dead tree and some tree trimming. He was friendly, kind, and offered a good price. He came to my home to provide a quote on a large Willow tree & large Peruvian Pepper tree. Neighbors weeds pollinated my yard which sprouted and overgrew extremely fast. My fault for not addressing this earlier but once I requested tree cutting services on Yelp, I almost immediately got a response from Efrain. Efrain did a great job in removing the pine tree and its roots we had in our backyard. We wanted to remove the tree because it was damaging the fence shared with our neighbor and wanted to prevent any damage to foundation of the house. He was great at trying to find time to visit my house so he could provide an estimate. He worked out a great price for me to remove the stump and roots and went the extra mile as you can see in the after pictures to also fix the fence that was elevated because of the tree roots. Anyone needing tree related services, look no further. These guys are great. This is the second time I've had Efrain help me in my backyard. Today he planted a birch tree from a 24" box. As I expected, it was a pretty hard dig. Where I live, in Highland, is what used to be a riverbed. That means once you dig 5 or 6 inches down you hit medium to large river rocks. Efrain had to go down about 4 or 5 feet. Big job! The tree looks great and Efrain was able to create a wonderful basson for watering. Call them. You won't be disappointed. read more
