We have a large yard with many trees and hedges. We have used Pacheco's twice before and as before, Emir was very responsive. He came out, gave me an estimate and once agreed upon, he gave me a start date. His crew arrived as per our agreement and began working. They had a crew of five and each had their job to do. When they finished, they cleaned everything up and the job was completed as per our original agreement. He and his crew were very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Pacheco Tree Service came to my house a few days ago and asked if I wanted my 3 palm trees trimmed. We got an estimate a few weeks back and told them how much the other company was going to charge us and they gave me a better price! They returned the following day at the scheduled time and 3 guys did an amazing job. Their work was outstanding! Called on Friday, was given a ring the same day. Had someone come out as well to give quote based on the workload - 8 palms in total. Was given "package pricing." Showed up following morning. Had a crew of about five to six men. They were professional, prepared and efficient. The palms were trimmed to my specification (slim with pineapple shape). Job was completed in two days (reasonably so). They cleaned up and disposed of the debris. I gave them a solid "A!!!" I would HIGHLY recommend their service based on my experience.
