Don't bother with these people. I set an appointment ON THEIR WEBSITE using their system. I got am email and text confirming the appointment, so I assumed everything was okay. Then the appointment time came and went. Nobody came nobody tried to contact me. When I called them, he first claimed I didn't have an appointment. When I told him about the confirmations, he said "oh yeah that's probably Square" (what THEY USE to make their "appointments") and then started giving me a whole list of other excuses why they really couldn't help me. read more

Second time since April this company has rendered services to my neighbor with complete disrespect to my property. Not even a courtesy warning that trees would be trimmed. Workers started work before 8 and threw cutting into my yard. Then accessed my yard with permission by hoping over the fence. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP requiring rework work after 6months for Palm tree trimming. When I confronted the crew they were not even willing to identify who the foreman was to rectify the issue. Wow, I've never seen removing a tree look so effortless. Pablo responded to my request for removing a tree right away and gave a very reasonable price. His crew arrived at 7:30 am, they were gone at 8:15 am. The very annoying and giant tree was gone, stump, roots, and all. I barely noticed they were even there. I was looking for a tree service company that could trim my palm trees in the backyard. I went through Yelp to get different estimates and Red Hill was the first company that was able to come out same day to check out the job. After checking it out they gave me an estimate and I told them I would be in contact with them on Monday if I decide to go with them. Later that day I receive a message from the owner (Pablo) if I was interested in their services. I let him know that I am still waiting on a few more estimates. He gives me another offer to do the job, which he would be able to do the next day. It was a very competitive offer, so I decided to go with his company. The next day they show up promptly and start getting to work on the backyard. The job takes about 2 1/2 hours and they cleanup everything, even debris that has fallen into the neighbors backyard. Everything is loaded up and hauled off by them. I would have to say that I am truly satisfied with the quality of work that I received and how quick it was accomplished. Pablo was really responsive. He gave the most fair quote out of the multitude of tree trimming service companies I asked. He introduced himself when he brought his crew and answered all the questions I had regarding my palm trees and carrotwood tree. Although he was a few hours late, he made sure to update me via yelp messenger. I would recommend taking the day off or sectioning a block of your time since there is the variability that their previous job takes longer than anticipated. My only gripe was that the workers left the empty water bottles that I gave them while they were trimming my trees. I wish they put them in the trash bin or me directly instead of leaving the bottles around the house. read more
