Arturo has been pruning my trees for a few years now. Today, he and his crew pruned several oak trees in my back yard and I am really pleased with the work they did. The trees are thinned and feathered the way they should be. The crew cleaned up and left no branches or leaves. Also, he is very reasonably priced. I highly, highly recommend Arturo's Tree Service. read more

I really appreciated Arturo and his crew. Not only does he communicate and respond well and quickly, but he was very detailed and making sure the clean up side of the work was done correctly. His price was close or consistent enough with others that I chose him because of his license and insurance over others. read more

Again, Arturo's employes did an excellent job for us. We had about a dozen overgrown iris removed and they did an excellent job doing so. It saved my husband a few days, his knees and back. They also did some extremely appreciated extra work further saving him work. My husband called Arturo around 8 am and he was at our house around 10 am quoting a price which was very agreeable to us. Later in the day 2 of his employees showed up and quickly went to work. Total time was just over an hour and other employees arrived as they finished to clean up, which was very clean as usual for his crew. Very highly recommended. All of them were clean, polite and did a great job. read more

There was a lot of overgrowth in my parents backyard that needed to be removed. After years of neglect, and me worrying about problems with neighbors/insurance company/potential fire hazard I decided to call around to local tree removal companies to get quotes. I called one company and just didn't like the vibe then I called Arturo's. He got back to me within minutes and said he'd come by the next day to check out the property. He looked around and gave me a quote that I thought was unreal...I looked at him and said "really?, I thought it would be so much more" considering what all needed to taken out. He said he could do it the next day but I had him come a day later. He and his crew arrived at 7:40 am and were done by 10:20 am. Completely done! They did such a great job! Quick, efficient, and clean! I am so happy that I found Arturo's Tree Service, I already have plans for him to return and take care of two more fruit trees in the fall. read more

not happy with the service, very missy and left branches behind. Next time we vet more closely

I used this service twice. Once at my home, they caused $1,800 in damages from employees walking on my tile roof. The second time was for removing a tree at my business. He removed the wrong tree! Use this company at your own risk ! read more

Very professional, prompt response, excellent crew took care of lowering approximately 60 feet of ornamental cherry that had grown too tall. They were very respectful of the existing landscape and they left the property spotless. Have already referred Arturo to my neighbor and will not hesitate to use them in the future. read more

I have used Arturo twice now and both times I was completely satisfied. We have had two large trees removed and 2 others trimmed. The latest was a large tree removal that was within a decking, so it was tricky but he removed it with no problems. He and his crew were prompt & professional. I found his pricing to be competitive and fair. Yet another 5 stars for Arturo's Tree Service. read more

I am so happy with the quality of work of Arturo's team! I filled out a request on Yelp with pictures of trees I wanted trimmed. I received 2 quotes right away from services that did not bother to come out to look at the job. Arturo came out, gave me a quote that was half of the others and sent his team to do the job the next day. They were very professional, removed breakables from the area, worked quickly and cleaned everything up. My trees look beautiful and I will continue to use this service in the future! read more

We've had the fortunate luck to have a friend refer us to Arturo's Tree Service several years ago. This is a Marvelous Tree Service. They certainly know what they are doing! We have several huge Jacaranda trees. Every year, they are pruned exactly the way we need, so that our elderly neighbor doesn't get the fall leaves in his pool! They must prune at least 12 other trees as well. If you want to see the incredible job on a pepper tree, drive past the front yard: 220 West Buffington Street. Upland. It's a work of art! Same workers each year, insured, etc. And a tremendous job! Thanks, Arturo! read more

Arturo and his crew are thinning two large (Magnolia and Oak) trees at our home and cutting back our overgrown bamboo that has invaded our neighbor's Italian Stone Pine Tree. Great job Arturo! Thanks read more

Crew of seven worked their a** off. Massive tree and stump removal combined with thinning. Fair price. Came as promised. Worked constantly on the hottest day of the year (so far). Arturo came to re-inspect and decided on his own volition to do some additional trimming and clean-up. Great job! True professional. Recommended by two very critical neighbors. Excellent judgment and communication. Thank you Arturo and crew!!! T. White read more

I recently hired Arturo's Tree Service to remove a very large ficus tree which had roots undermining the structure of my home. Arturo himself came to give me an estimate which was fair and lower than another tree service I had gotten an estimate from. Arturo was such a nice guy and a professional. On the day of the tree removal, a crew arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to cut the tree down and grind up the branches. I also wanted the stump ground, which they did using barriers to prevent any pieces from hitting the house. During the stump grinding, a water pipe was cut. The tree roots had grown around the pipe to the point that it was buried in the roots and couldn't be seen. Arturo contacted a plumber immediately to repair the pipe (which was copper) and did not charge me extra. The job was well done in a timely manner and the team cleaned up all leaves and wood chips so that my yard was pristine when they left. I would highly recommend this tree service! read more

Arturo has been caring for my trees beautifully for about 18 years now. I was referred to him by my elderly neighbor behind me, whose trees were always kept in spectacular shape. She was very particular about her garden and knew good work when she saw it. My lot is almost half an acre and has many trees (about 20), including fruit, ornamentals, palms, and general evergreen landscape trees. Arturo and his crew know how to trim the different trees, and Arturo pays particular attention to my wishes regarding the strategically-located trees which provide privacy. He and his crew are very cautious workers and clean as a whistle on cleanup. They always leave my yard cleaner than before they arrived! Considering his knowledge, polite, friendly & professional service, cleanliness, timeliness, and very fair prices, he is my go-to tree service and I highly recommend him. I wish I had thought to write a review years ago, but I seldom think to do that. read more

Arturo and his crew were out to trim trees at my house in Claremont yesterday morning. Two of the three trees to be trimmed soared above 25 feet in the air, easy. The crew was professional, hard working, and got the job done in what I thought was record time. The trees look fabulous -- they did just what I asked. And they leave no trace of their visit; the place was as clean after they left as before they arrived. These guys do great work at a very reasonable price. read more
