As soon as I met Lambert, I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional with extensive knowledge. His price was extremely reasonable, and he agreed to do the work, but only after checking with the tree owner to let them know and get their approval. I also learned this from Lambert: when it comes to pruning large trees planted in a neighbor's yard, the correct thing to do is inform them of your plans and ensure everyone is on board. Lambert facilitated all communications, and once everything was set, his crew arrived at our property two days later. To say that we are impressed with their work is an understatement. He immediately diagnosed problem and was able to replace two parts, one being the igniter, and get the heater up and running. He easily went through the job and the parts available, as well as the options and costs to replace the parts. Within an hour of him showing up, the pool heater was fixed, and the water started getting very warm. In addition to fixing my heater, he fixed the pool pump and heater gate closing mechanism. He did this on his own accord, without me asking. When he told me about fixing the gate, he said, "I Just don't want the kiddos to be able to get to the pool pump or heater".
