While walking the yards and pointing out what needed to be done, he was very honest and straightforward with me. Majority of the cost would be labor (completely understandable), but haulaway and materials would be included, which was definitely a boon for me. He provided timelines on when he'd be able to start and when he'd be able to complete the project, plus some of the background on when it comes to proper green waste disposal (it requires going to separate facilities, unfortunately).
