A lot of the branches were over-hanging above the sidewalk, way over our backyard, and above the inner street lane, so they definitely needed the trimming. We asked them to cut back the branches on both sides of the trees and 50%+ off the top - Basically, we wanted them to cut off as much as possible, so that we won't have to trim these trees again for a very long time. You can see how much tree branches needed to be cut off and how much was done from the before/after photos - It was A LOT! Francisco and his Team did an amazing job! They were super careful the entire time and made sure the cut branches didn't fall on anything or cause any damages. And they cleaned up the entire area when they were finished. Francisco was super friendly and responsive - came out the same day that the quote was requested and texted back immediately whenever I had a question. He provided a copy of his insurance upon request and once we agreed to proceed, he scheduled the work a couple of days after - very expedient! I had 7 vendors provided me estimates for the job and Francisco's quote was the cheapest, which is really important since gas prices have been skyhigh and money's tight. For the price he charged and the amount of work they did, I got a really good deal! I would recommend him to everyone who needs their trees trimming and will definitely use him again. 5 STARS!!!

He told me I would receive a call right back when he received the photos and provide a quote. He never called back. I messaged him the following day asking if he was still interested and he promptly called me, giving me a quote. He offered two different times he would be available for my work and our appointment was scheduled. The day of our appointment, Francisco was a No-Call/No-Show. I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. Francisco is unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely not worth 1 star. Move on to the next company.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing…read more The crew initially came out and removed two palm trees, but told us they would need to return to complete the stump grinding. The day they were supposed to come back, no one showed up. For an entire week, I called and texted multiple times asking when they would return, but received no response. Ironically, the only time I finally heard back was after I sent a message saying I would be leaving a Yelp review. Suddenly, the owner sent someone out that same day to finish the stump grinding. When the work was completed, my husband asked the worker what payment was due. He didn't give us an answer. Prior to that, the owner had mentioned giving us some type of discount because of the inconvenience, but he never confirmed the final amount owed or when payment was expected. Nothing was put in writing. The following week, the original worker unexpectedly showed up with another employee, saying they were there to finish the job. I explained that the work had already been completed by someone else the owner had sent. At that point, they told us we still owed money. My question is: Why wasn't the final balance communicated when the work was completed? Why wasn't anything provided in writing? We specifically asked about payment and were given no information. Instead of communicating clearly, they came back later expecting payment without ever having discussed the final amount or due date. The lack of communication, missed appointments, and overall disorganization made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company based on how our job was handled
