Gabriel and his team provide expert tree service at a fair price. They removed two large trees from my backyard. One was close to my home and the other close to the pool. The work was executed with no damage to either and the area were the tree was cut was left very tidy. Gabriel was also able to grind the stumps of the trees which were awkwardly placed on slope that a other tree companies were unable or unwilling to do. The stumps were taken down so low when covered with mulch you can not even notice it. After entertaining multiple quotes Gabriel had the best price, best knowledge, and best attitude. Gabriel removed two queen palms for me, one was at least 40'. He also trimmed another large tree. I was very impressed by Gabriel's attention to safety--his, his crew, and my property. Friendly, personable and gave us a what we felt was a fair quote. We contacted Gabriel for some tree trimming needs for some Italian Cypresses that had gotten massively overgrown. The tips of the trees had grown taller than our second story home. Our first quote with another contractor was extremely high. Undeterred, we found Gabriel through yelp and was able to secure a much better deal. The ultimate price we ended up very much less what the other guy had quoted. Gabriel also removed a couple of old fruit trees and now the overgrown grass in the back yard. He even cleaned up after himself and his crew. From beginning to end Gabriel gave us suggestions on what his best opinions on what needed done. He was friendly and spoke to us in manner that assured us he was more concerned about doing a good job and get paid fairly for it. One other reason I'd recommend Gabriel is he has quite a few connections he uses on a regular basis. Gabriel and his team are top notch! They came early AM with a big chipper truck, hard hats, and chain saws and worked all day until sunset on our very neglected backyard. Gabriel is a true expert, knew which trees to keep or take away, knew every bush and plant. They climbed onto our pergolas, swung high from trees(all safely!) dug trenches to protect from tree roots and got everything they promised done. Gabriel Lopez is a tree whisperer. In other words, he knows trees and plants from naming them to diagnosing their health to knowing what treatment is needed. He quickly spotted issues with a couple of trees and suggested specific nutrients and named some uncommon plants I have in my yard. His estimate for the trimming of 2 large oaks, 3 tall hedges, 3 mature trees, and the clearing 3 broken branches from a huge deodar cedar was reasonably priced; not the lowest, but not near the highest. His five-man crew worked quickly and efficiently with each one knowing his role on the team. They did a good job trimming and followed up with cleaning all the debris. Not only did they do all the work I requested, but they did 3 extra jobs without charging extra. I will make sure to use them again next year. read more

These guys did an amazing job! I had a giant dead scary-looking acacia tree, with branches overhanging my house and my neighbor's house, all in the middle of West Hollywood! I called other tree service men, all of whom gave me much bigger quotes, and they didn't seem very confident about the job. Gabriel and Alex came and were super confident AND had the best price. They were able to fit their crane in my driveway and and maneuvered through telephone and power cables with ease, took down the tree, and cleaned up all in a day. AND they went the extra mile by removing dead branches from other trees and trimmed overall a bit more. I am now able to sleep well at night, not worrying about any winds that could be a problem!
