Amazing service. Walked the job with Armando, the next day the crew arrived early in the morning and went to work. Not only completing every task but things I hadn't thought of, like removing roots that would potentially damage the foundation and clearing out behind the pool house (very narrow access). PTS did a beautiful job with all the trees around my home and at a very fair price. I will hire again and highly recommend. read more

Armando and his crew trimmed 5 queen palm trees for us as well as some overgrown shrubbery and removed a stump. They worked quickly and efficiently as we noted that we have a baby who needs to make his nap times. They proposed that half the work to be done on 1 day and the other half the next day in order to shorten the amount of time they would be on site with their equipment so the baby can nap. I appreciated their flexibility with this. Armando also responded to my inquiry for service quickly and showed up on time for both the estimate as well as the tree service. I think punctuality is important and yet hard to come by sometimes in SoCal so I appreciated his team's punctuality. The price they charged us was fair based on other quotes we received. Additionally, our neighbors liked how efficiently they worked so Armando's team ended up doing work for our neighbors as well! We would recommend Premium Tree Service to others and plan on contacting them again for our future tree service needs. read more

Very satisfied with "premium tree service". I got home from work Thursday Evening when I we noticed a huge tree trunk broken laying on the side of the house. I thought I could handle the cleaning my self with a battery chain saw but then I noticed how difficult it was to cut a small branch so I gave up and decided to call a local tree service. They gave me a fair price to just cut and remove the broken tree trunk but I noticed my old large olive tree would be in risk of breaking again with the weight of new arrival olives growing, so they gave me a good deal by trimming the entire tree to even everything out. The entire crew arrived the next day Friday morning at 8am and worked very efficient. They cleaned every single branch on the floor made sure I was fully satisfied before charging. read more

Supper late review I didn't know the name of the tree service until I found there card but they were amazing. In December needed a tree removed. THhey came at 8:30 on the dot and when I left at 9 most of the tree was chopped down. I was amazed how quick they were. When I got back by 10:15 they were done. Root and all. The price was amazing and they were so professional. Can't recommend them enough! read more

I contacted Premium Tree Service through yelp and received a message from Tayna shortly thereafter. She sent over someone to check out the palm tree in front of my house that I wanted trimmed. She gave me a reasonable quote and let me know when her crew was able to swing by to take care of my tree. They trimmed the tree and cleaned up in a short amount of time. Very happy with the trim job and with the communication. Will have them trim my palm tree from now on. read more

Start to finish, my experience with Premium Tree Service was great. From the first call to set up an estimate time with Tayna to the handshake at the job finish with Armando, I couldn't be more pleased. They are professional, courteous, and really know their stuff. I have 4 palm trees (varying types) and another 3 shade trees. They shaped and pruned them all so my place looks spectacular. They also cleared a loquat tree that uprooted during last Sunday's winds. I keep walking around my property, marveling at what a great job they did. And for a very reasonable price. If you're in the market for a tree service, look no further than Premium. You'll love them! read more

Tayna, Armando, and crew got the job done! I had trees that were touching electrical poles and lines and was afraid that it would be something that couldn't be done (or worse, have had to pay more for). Communication: With any job, I think this is the most important aspect. I was in constant communication with Tayna. She walked me through all the processes as I wanted several things removed. This included 2 trees, a stump and the clearing of weeds and dead brush. Tayna made sure to confirm everything including the scheduling, the moment Armando and his team would arrive and the moment they were about to finish. It was all just so streamlined. Professionalism: As Tayna was the main point of contact, Armando was the muscle. He arrived on time, with his crew, and several large trucks. It was like a parade. They immediately got to work which took them the whole day. I did a walk through at the end of the day and was thoroughly surprised at how clean they left everything. Because one of the trees was near the pool, I was expecting it to be completely filthy. Nope. The pool was still clean. Wow. Their professionalism and commitment to safety would have made OSHA proud. Price: The pricing was very fair. I had received many quotes from different companies. I chose Premium Tree Service because of the aggressive and fair they gave me. Results: Perfect. They did everything they said they would and left the area so nice and clean. I would definitely use Premium Tree Services again. It's just always good to work with hard working and honest people. Thanks again Tayna and Armando. read more

Fantastic job by Armando and his crew! Their prices are seriously unbeatable. They are clean, safe, professional and Tayna does a great job making sure the customer service is top notch! Pine, fruit and palm tree were all pruned and shaped with care and consideration. They made sure that branches did not hit the power lines and they cleaned my neighbors yard from all clippings and pine needles. I will be using them in the future! I included a photo of my neglected pine tree and a photo of it after they trimmed and thinned it! read more

I hired Armando and his crew to take down a yucca stem that had grown in between some cable wires. They quoted a fair price and came out the same day to take care of the job. They cut it down and didn't damage anything. They also were sure to clean up the area and all debris from the plant. read more

We spotted their service truck while talking about finding a tree service to trim our huge over 80 years old tree. It has a big dead trunk in the middle. We called them and got evaluations in very short time. After shopping around, we got best quote from them. They started the work in the same afternoon and continue the work next morning. The crewmen did a great job not only cut the dead trunks but also trimmed around, and on top of that they treated the bees hive in the dead trunk to force them move away without extra charge. They cleaned up after the work. It's a very professional crew. We are satisfied very much. Great job and reasonable price! read more

I am beyond any doubt happy with this company and it's service. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service at all times! They are very responsive and communicative. They gave me the best deal out of several other quotes I requested. They came in did an amazing job on my fruitless Mulberry tree that had been given a hack job from a previous trimmer. There was a lot of work to be done and they got it done within a few hours and left the my property spotless clean. Thank you so much for being the best at what you do! read more

I requested a quote through yelp, and although the initial customer service with Tayna was excellent, Armando was super rude and dismissive. Armando and I exchanged a few word, he in Spanish and me in English. "You don't speak Spanish?" He asked. After I apologized and said no, he asked where the tree was. After I showed him, he didn't say a word to me. My husband shows up, and he completely looks right through me and begins to speak to my husband. (who also doesn't speak Spanish) I said a couple more things and this dude speaks right over me. Super rude if you ask me. I would rather pay twice the amount he quoted us than use him or this company. read more

Tayna and her team did a great job. I contacted Premium Tree Service for an estimate to trim our palm trees couple days ago. Tayna is very responsive and the communication was great. Thanks Tanya and team. read more

Premium Tree Service is very responsive and well managed with very skilled workers. Armando provided a very competitive estimate on the same day I requested it, and Tanya expertly coordinated the scheduling and other details. The crew was very attentive to cleaning up after the job. I will definitely use Premium Tree Service for future tree service needs. read more

The crew came out and removed an almost 40 year old tree, including the stump and did a great job. No sign that the tree was ever there! They also removed a Sago Palm and some other trees/bushes. Great, clear communication, showed up on time, and did a great job of cleaning up the yard before leaving. Highly recommended! read more

I contacted Premium Tree Service last week because a very large branch broke on my front yard tree. I spoke with Tanya who quickly sent out Armando to inspect the job. Armando quoted me a very reasonable price to take care of the job. In addition, he surveyed the entire tree and highly recommended that the tree be cut back to prevent another large branch from breaking off. I didn't have the money for such a large job, but Armando gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. When I returned from work the next day, my tree was nicely cut back and my yard was clean. They did a great job! Thank you. read more

The crew was working on a tree in my neighborhood, so I had them quote trimming of 3 trees in my yard, 2 Italian cypress and one olive tree. The price was same as another quote I received, so I would say that they are not inexpensive, but are competitive. The reason for the 5 stars is that they showed some consideration of the aesthetics of the tree shape, and made an effort to understand what I wanted and tried to accommodate. They would call me out periodically to have a look to make sure it was to my liking and if there was anything else I wanted them to do. There is a bit if art to lacing a tree, and they did a pretty good job on mine and on my neighbors tree. read more

What a amazing professional team, came into my yard, not only did they take care of the two trees and but did an excellent job of clean up. Courteous, reliable and on time. Had my bi-yearly service on my large ficus tree done and they did a phenomenal job. Tayna got back to me to schedule a quote, didn't have to haggle a price, estimate was exactly what I've paid the last 2 times I've cut the tree. They scheduled a service within 2 days, came out did the job and cleaned up like they weren't even there! They were in and out in an hour. My reasons why they would get my future business and recommend them to anyone else whom needs this type of service. - Communication throughout the whole process. - Showed up earlier than the time given. - Removed a big old tree, grind the stump and trimmed a bush with lots of thorns. - Cleaned everything and even went to the neighbors house to pick up the debris. - They did the job quick and most importantly I got the best price! Thanks Tayna, Armando + Crew! My backyard looks alot more spacious. read more

I never hired them because the guy that came was really pushy. He made me try to make a decision that day. When I tried to tell him I wasn't the main decision maker for this project, he waited until I got a hold of my FIL (who was at work). I told him if he didn't hear back from me, we probably weren't interested. Later that day, he came with his crew to the house all ready, thinking that we'd do it. Really pushy. I didn't like that customer service. read more

Thank you Premium Tree Service! I've been in a home that requires yearly tree trimming for 6 years. I haven't found a service and price that I've been happy with until now. It's always challenging getting multiple quotes and meeting with people. Most of my messages with Tayna were short, to the point, and professional. The quote we were given was a little better than the 4 other quotes we received, and Premium was quoting more work. We had two tall Palms trimmed, a large Ficus trimmed/thinned/reduced, and two big Avocado trees removed. The crew came around 1pm and was done around 5pm. We were in shock how quickly they worked and how clean they were. No property damage either which has been a problem with other crews I've had from a different company. I will be calling them back again next year. Thanks again! read more

These people are the best bar none. My husband and I are in our 70s and very isolated due to covid. We hired an unscrupulous company named Joshua Coleman Tree Services who bilked us our of $1500 and did very little work. Watch out for these crooks. We were devastated. Premium Tree service came in the next day. They did superb work. Removed a tree, ground down and removed all the roots, removed the old grass, and replanted sod. This they did in one day. They are Christians and can be trusted. They charged us a fraction of what the other company took from us dishonestly. I heartily endorse Premium Tree Services. DO yourself a favor. Hire them. You won't ever be sorry. read more

Just had this company over to trim trees and cut down about 10 large bushes. The olive trees were the most difficult because it wasn't trimmed for years. I was ok with bush stumps as that would be easy to get rid of and we didn't want to spend extra. The overall job was excellent and they cleaned up everything after. The cost was very reasonable. I went with this company because we thought we had a bee problem. One of there employees is a bee expert and when they came to provide an estimate he inspected the hive and found that they were moving there hive. Strangest thing was that the hive had gotten much smaller from a month ago and he explained that when they decide to move they take there wax with them. I felt they were very courteous and honest. read more
