We hired Ambro and his team to clean up our large hillside from debris, trim 5 very large trees and several (around 15) bushes, as well as remove a large, dead Chinese Elm. We interviewed 8 other contractors to do the same job, but he was priced right and was cheaper than those who weren't even licensed and insured, unlike Ambro who is licensed and insured. Anyway, his crew showed up at 8am and immediately started work. It took them all day until a little past 5pm, but they were able to clean everything up and make my hillside look nice. These guys worked really hard and were always pleasant whenever I spoke with any of them. We'll definitely use their services again if we ever need it. The 3 older hillside stumps were leftovers that were given a chemical treatment but it didn't work. They were growing new branches after a few months. I love them. I got about 9-10 quotes and they are the only ones who were able to present me with a written quote, license and insurance even if by far, they are not the most expensive. I contacted two fire departments, animal control, and three animal rescues and none were able or willing to help. I Yelped local arborists and this one came up first. I called them, and within an hour they were here and brought the cat down safely within five minutes. I met Ambro as he was working on our neighbors yard. He gave us an estimate and walked our property. We scheduled the service and he came as promised. Today, he showed up on time with his crew and they were all very polite and worked very hard. Our yard is a challenge with many giant birds of paradise and palms. The workers were very nice! They even cleaned up everything to where you wouldn't even know we just had so much work done on the property. Ambro and his crew are committed to customer satisfaction. We had a huge brazilian pepper tree taken out by their company. His price was reasonable for taking out the tree and roots. I must admit that it wasn't what I expecting (I was expecting a total uprooting of tree) but they did their best to grind all the stump and roots that their machine can reach.
