Although they arrived later than expected, they were professional, worked efficiently, and the quality of their work was excellent. Had 3 palm trees trimmed/cleaned and a camphor tree at the back yard removed. They started 7am and finished the job for 2-1/2 hrs with 6 workers. They brought a truck with a hydraulic feed wood chipper/mulch machine and a power stump grinder. All the workers were professionals and knowledgeable which could have been so because of what they said to be of their 10 yrs experience in the industry. It didn't take them long time to complete the job and clean the premises. The noise level of the chain saw and the stumper was tolerable which didn't bother those people working at home. They were also careful with the power and internet lines as it didn't disrupt people working from home. Their pricing I think is reasonable for the number of workers and the equipment they had to bring to accomplish the task. My grandma had this old tree on the sidewalk and the roots had already messed up the concrete twice. Then we found out the city was going to fine us and I honestly didn't even know that was a thing, so it became urgent real quick. We called a few places and nobody answered, but Happy Trees did and got back to us right away. They actually cared, explained what needed to be done, and didn't overcharge us. During the last fire/wind storm that came through Southern California, we had a lot of damage from the wind (and our hearts go to those who have suffered much much more). We live up a canyon and on a hill with several trees in our backyard. All the trees had some damage but one of the larger ones toppled over and was only prevented from hitting the house because of our oak tree. When we assessed the damage later, we had no idea how anyone could remove that tree without causing damage to our house. You can look at the photos to see how precarious it was. We called Happy's Tree Service and made an appointment. They've done regular work for us before, trimming and such. But this was something much much more. I can only point to the photos to show you the amazing work they did. Especially the ones of our sunroom/backporch after they finished. The price was on the lower side of what we expected, so we were very pleased with that. On top of that, the crew was great, friendly, and answered every question we had. They knew were were nervous and treated us with respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Hopefully NOT for a disaster, but if it happens.... Happy's Tree Service! read more

The removed a large Sycamore, a small Juniper and trimmed a big ficus. they spread out and worked on multiple things at the same time and made quick work of it all.
