Happy's pruners did the work professionally. The tools they used were of a professional grade and they were able to get the work done to the rules as specified by the LAFD in order to avert fires from spreading. The price was good and so was the quality of work. read more

I fortunately found Tony and Happy Trees after having a very unpleasant experience with an 'affordable' tree service. Tony and his team were polished and careful when addressing my overgrown trees. I especially appreciate that Tony asked what my long term plans were with the landscaping and adjusted his recommendations accordingly. Happy trees and Happy customer over here. read more

Tony and his crew did a great job! They trimmed our citrus trees and safely removed a large dead pine tree. Although they arrived later than expected, they were professional, worked efficiently, and the quality of their work was excellent. I had to leave before they finished, and when I came back, my yard was completely cleaned up. They hauled everything away and left the property looking great. I would definitely recommend Happy's Tree Services to anyone looking for quality tree work at a fair price. Thank you, Tony and crew! read more

Had 3 palm trees trimmed/cleaned and a camphor tree at the back yard removed. They started 7am and finished the job for 2-1/2 hrs with 6 workers. They brought a truck with a hydraulic feed wood chipper/mulch machine and a power stump grinder. All the workers were professionals and knowledgeable which could have been so because of what they said to be of their 10 yrs experience in the industry. It didn't take them long time to complete the job and clean the premises. The noise level of the chain saw and the stumper was tolerable which didn't bother those people working at home. They were also careful with the power and internet lines as it didn't disrupt people working from home. Their pricing I think is reasonable for the number of workers and the equipment they had to bring to accomplish the task. I highly recommend/endorse the company for the ease to deal with and their professionalism and courtesy. read more

Team Happy's Tree was nothing if not efficient and lovely. Job was quoted and completed within 24 hours and done flawlessly. They brought a truck with a hydraulic feed wood chipper/mulch machine and made QUICK work of some hefty branches. Rate was excellent given the amount of work to be completed, and my yard was left spotless. Highly recommend this company! read more

My grandma had this old tree on the sidewalk and the roots had already messed up the concrete twice. Then we found out the city was going to fine us and I honestly didn't even know that was a thing, so it became urgent real quick. We called a few places and nobody answered, but Happy Trees did and got back to us right away. They actually cared, explained what needed to be done, and didn't overcharge us. They came out fast, removed the tree from the front lawn, and the price was very fair. The crew was professional, on time, and made the whole situation way less stressful than it started. Really appreciate them stepping up when we needed it. Would definitely recommend. read more

During the last fire/wind storm that came through Southern California, we had a lot of damage from the wind (and our hearts go to those who have suffered much much more). We live up a canyon and on a hill with several trees in our backyard. All the trees had some damage but one of the larger ones toppled over and was only prevented from hitting the house because of our oak tree. When we assessed the damage later, we had no idea how anyone could remove that tree without causing damage to our house. You can look at the photos to see how precarious it was. We called Happy's Tree Service and made an appointment. They've done regular work for us before, trimming and such. But this was something much much more. I can only point to the photos to show you the amazing work they did. Especially the ones of our sunroom/backporch after they finished. The price was on the lower side of what we expected, so we were very pleased with that. On top of that, the crew was great, friendly, and answered every question we had. They knew were were nervous and treated us with respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Hopefully NOT for a disaster, but if it happens.... Happy's Tree Service! read more

We are so happy with Happy's Tree Service! Our regular tree service was unavailable, and we needed immediate help due to a tree pushing into a neighbor's yard. extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate for the homeowners. If you can't respect my privacy early in the morning non stop knocking on my door and ring my bell multiple times to advertise your business, i can't trust you with my tree service needs. read more

Tony came out and gave me an estimate. We decided on a date to begin work. His Crew arrived on time and got right to it. The removed a large Sycamore, a small Juniper and trimmed a big ficus. they spread out and worked on multiple things at the same time and made quick work of it all. They left my place clean and I thought the price was fair. Give Tony a call if you need some work done. Thanks Tony. read more

Terrible customer service. The way he has an excuse for everything when I ask him why he didn't fulfill his service (that he still didn't do) and the lack of communication leaves an awful impression. read more

I have used Tony and his crew three times. I have recommended him to several of my friends and all have had great experiences. My neighbor, who first recommended Tony to me, has used his services several times over the years. Tony is honest and upfront on his estimates and his fees have consistently been lower than other places I have priced. His crew is hard working and very diligent about cleaning up after they're done. I continue to be very happy with Tony's work. If you have a tree trimming/removal project, I highly recommend Tony. read more

I first met Tony when he and his crew were working at my neighbor's house. I asked Tony for a quote to do some tree work on my property, and his prices were very fair. He did the work a day or two later, and was extremely efficient, and very nice to work with. In addition, he left the area he had been working, cleaner than when he arrived. I can't recommend Tony and Happy's Tree Service enough. read more
