I called Greg on a Saturday and left a message. He returned my call promptly on Saturday. I asked him about insurance and he texted it to me while we were on the phone. On Sunday he went to the property and provided me with an estimate on that same Sunday in the afternoon. Monday he sent over the bid to sign off on. Wednesday the work was done. Great experience! The team from GW Tree Service were prompt, efficient and professional. The price was right in line with what we expected, and fair for the challenges of the job. They removed a very large palm tree from our very small front courtyard. A tricky job because of the limited space to work and to bring it down without doing any damage to our roof or fence. They met the challenge and removed the tree and the stump in less than six hours. We also had them address some smaller trimming in our backyard. Everything looks great and we could not be happier. One thing to note is that left our yard looking cleaner than when they arrived. There were a lot of leaves down from the recent winds. They not only cleaned up the work they were doing, but also cleaned places like our driveway that were beyond the agreed scope of the job. Work like this needs a company with the right tools, safety protocols and experience. GW Tree Service had all of those, and great customer communication as well.
