They came to my place to remove a tree and its roots. Before I even got out of my house they were already prepping and moving trashcans out of their way. Before I realized, they were done with the top of the tree! They were very quick. Then it took long because my avocado tree had huge nails and they were damaging their equipment (no, the tree didn't give any avocados, even with 6-inch Nails) Lastly, they even cleaned up my neighbor's driveway, leaving it better than how they found it. Him and his team came out about five days later and finished the work on time, left everything clean and picked up, they did a great job trimming our trees and pulling up about 16 bushes and cutting a tree completely down. When I booked they gave a window of 7:30-8-30AM and the guys came even earlier which shows they take their job seriously It was amazing how efficient they were, it probably would've taken me over 2 weeks to remove all this myself but it took 2 dudes 1.5 hours tops. Our yard is small so we usually do most of the maintenance ourselves, however our bamboo was growing too tall. There were a few scheduling changes that occurred unexpectedly, however none that affected me negatively. When the crew came, they were extremely prompt and left our place very neat and clean. I should have kept some of the leaves to layer in my growing bins as leaf mold/mulch, but I didn't know how thorough they were going to be. They even pulled out a weed from my mint bin!
