After leaving my initial review, Antonio (the owner of the business) got in touch with me and offered to make things right. He and a few workers came by Monday morning (2 days after I posted my initial 2* review) and fixed things up quickly, even replacing the lightbulb in the lamp. I really appreciated them reaching out and being responsive to customer complaints and I'm satisfied with the resolution, although it's still a bit inconvenient that it took a negative Yelp review to get to this point. I really love utilizing the Yelp quotes function which allows me to quickly send out requests and receive quick response and quotes. I sent a request out late at night around 9:30pm but really didn't expect to get 5 responses within the next 30 minutes. I was able to schedule time with most of them the following day. Jay from A's Tree Service was one of those companies who responded to me via chat. They quickly came out the next day to tell me exactly how they will trim my tree and constantly told me that they will do an excellent job. I was able to move forward with them for both their solid reputation and most importantly their competitive pricing. They came out the next morning to trim 2 of my large pine trees. I was impressed that they brought a tarp to cover my pond to protect the fish from the debris.
