10/10 recommend Williams Landscape Construction! They did an amazing job expanding our driveway and adding an additional concrete slab for our fire pit area. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They were punctual, professional, honest, and truly a crew you can trust. The quality of the concrete work exceeded our expectations. Everything was done extremely well, right down to the finishing and brush work. You can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to the details. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely use Williams Landscape Construction again. If you're looking for quality work from a reliable and trustworthy team, I highly recommend them! read more

Williams Landscape construction just completed our front and backyard remodel. From start to finish Christian and Kristen and their team were wonderful to work with. Their bid was fair and when we made changes we had a clear understanding of the cost. They gave us some great ideas that we incorporated in the design and stayed in constant contact during the project. The team worked extremely hard every day and met our target completion date. We would highly recommend Williams Landscape Construction. read more

Christian, Kristen, and their entire crew are professional, kind, and so incredibly hardworking! I could not have been happier with the work that they did! Christian has incredible follow-through and communication. Kristen was great at listening to what I wanted planted and has amazing design skills. The two of them together are an incredible team! They took my pitiful yard (dg, dirt, and horrible succulents) and created a beautiful space that I absolutely love! My trees and succulents have grown in beautifully! I get compliments literally every day on my yard (turf, brand new concrete, and my expanded driveway). One thing I really respected and appreciated was that the Williams give you a price and they stick to it. They don't "surprise" you with any charges and they stay true to their word. Their crew is exceptional. My mom (who's elderly) stopped by my house during construction and one of their guys helped her to the porch and made sure she didn't fall. I would use Williams Landscaping over and over! They do amazing work and they are really good people. read more

We we're so Happy to have found Williams Landscape for our Frontyard Project. They Created a Beautiful Frontyard for us. Chris & Kristen we're so easy to work with. Would show up most everyday to check work. The workers were very clean, polite and hard workers. Kristen was so helpful with design and helped us pick the right stone, pavers and plants and turf for Frontyard. She has the design eye which was quite helpful. You will not be disappointed at all if you decide to go with Williams Landscape. After having other contractor's work at our home inside and backyard and terrible experiences. Chris and Kristen showed us there are still some great and reasonable priced contractor's out there. read more

Williams Landscape replaced an old wood deck and original concrete patio in our backyard with 1200 sq ft of new Belgard Catalina pavers which transformed our backyard! From the first time he visited to give me a quote I felt Christian was up front and honest, and he gave me a much less expensive quote compared to two other companies. The installation was fast and professional and Christian and Kristen kept us informed each step. His crew is very skilled and works fast. We had some unexpected repairs needed for wood posts supporting our patio roof, and I was given a fair price for them to make the repairs. Our backyard went from being a place we avoided to a new living space for our home and we love it! I highly recommend these guys. read more

We hired Williams for a new driveway/front yard and backyard remodel, including a new patio, outdoor grill and fireplace, and the whole experience was great. We ended up having to re-do our pool as well due to a crack and they helped manage the unexpected change very smoothly. Christian and Kristen listened to our thoughts and ideas and worked the design and nailed it. Kristen has a great eye for what actually looks good and what makes a nice looking USEFUL space. Everything flows really well and the use of space is MUCH BETTER. The yard is way more usable now, not just better looking. Christian and his crew handled the build and they were awesome. They showed up every day, worked steadily until the job was done, and were always responsive anytime we had questions or needed something adjusted. No bouncing from one job to another. The crew was there consistently until we were finished. It was extremely well managed. Big projects like this come with a bunch of stress and inevitably there will be issues along the way. Working with Christian and Kristen really kept the stress level low. They were responsive, helpful, had great ideas, pricing was fair and upfront, honest, and we are extremely happy with how it turned out. read more

Very pleased with our completed project with WLC! When I first started pricing out our project, I met with several contractors. Christian and Kristen really came across as people I could trust throughout the process. Also, I knew by the way they wanted to go over the bid that they would have great communication. That proved to be true for the remainder of the project. They were receptive to our needs, made suggestions when necessary, and got it everything done in a very timely manner. The work: demo existing patio cover, demo old concrete, demo pool coping. Install drainage, new pavers, pool coping, pool skimmer, patio cover, porcelain tile, veneer stone, paver sealing read more

It's been a little over a year since I used Williams Landscaping to do some work in my backyard. I wanted to give it time before I reviewed. There were many things I liked about the company and their work as a whole. Christian and the team are great, and they were quick once the work started (project did get delayed a while though). There were a few issues with the turf and weeds coming through, but they came out and installed a weed barrier and it solved the problem. One of the main reasons I wanted this work done was water pooling/flooding when it rains. They installed drains but missed a drain in one of the most important areas. All the concrete that they installed slopes to one side and they didn't put a drain in this location. So water still pools in this area. I am a perfectionist so I tend to focus on the small things (concrete imperfections, weeds, etc). The backyard turned out beautiful and my overall vision was accomplished. If you do choose to use them, make sure to be specific about all the small details, and make sure they are thorough with the turf or you may have the same issues I had. read more

We had an amazing experience with Williams Landscape Construction! We did a total backyard makeover including new concrete, patio cover, sod/sprinklers, and driveway gate. The job also included demo of an existing pergola and block wall. We had a great experience all around but here are a few highlights: 1) Super organized and on-time. This was a big job and they had it done in about a week. It almost felt too easy. All crew members were courteous and professional. 2) One-stop shop and very competitive pricing. We loved that they did everything from demo to sod and patio cover so we didn't have to work with multiple companies. Plus, their price matched or was better than working with multiple companies but saved us the hassle. 3) Expertise. We felt very comfortable with how Christian explained everything and his reasoning for doing things certain ways. You can tell he knows his stuff. We have always had drainage issues in our backyard but not anymore - even after several heavy rains. Thanks, Williams Landscape Construction! read more

I actually contacted Kristen and Christian last minute to get one more quote and they responded so fast! They came out for an in person quote and gave me a quote/breakdown within the day. Kristen had great communication throughout the entire project. I gave her my vision and she was able to provide ideas about what plants I could use on my side wall. It was hard to imagine how it would look without it sketched out but we managed to make it work. She sent pictures of what she had available at the nursery and additional photos of how they would look when they bloom. Note that she really wanted to make sure I had plants that required the same water. Christian was also very informative about what type of sod we should choose. In previous quotes, people only gave me one dog friendly option but Christian was able to provide much more including pros and cons of each! I appreciate the extra knowledge he could provide since I had no idea where to start. During the project we ran into some issues with the plants not spaced properly but Kristen and Christian took care of the issue almost immediately. The project was suppose to take 2-3 days but they finished everything within a day. I definitely would hire them for my next project. read more

We moved into our home in Irvine with a backyard that was nothing more than construction dirt. Williams worked with us to transform it into a wonderful new living space that is perfect for our family. They installed a paver patio, alumawood pergola, planter beds, artificial turf, and irrigation. Kristen gave great design recommendations, Christian was able to answer all of our questions about the construction, and together they were extremely communicative experts throughout the project. Additionally, the process of evaluating the project, completing the bid process and agreeing on a final price was very smooth. They were transparent, fair with pricing, and made the HOA submittal very easy. We have already recommended Williams twice since our project completed before Christmas. If we ever have another project we would have no hesitation working with them again! read more

We had a great experience with Williams. They listened to what we wanted and brought that vision to life. However, that's probably not uncommon among contractors. Here are a few things that were unique about Williams comparing them to other contractors we've worked with: - there was no "upsell" during consultation and there were no "change orders" during construction. Their written estimate was incredibly detailed and turned out to be incredibly accurate. - when it came time for construction, we saw the same crew everyday and they were all professional, arrived on time and worked a full day. Which meant the project ended on time. - They worked our project from start to finish, not piecemeal scattered around bigger projects they had. - Right from the start the owners, Christian and Kristen, created a group text with my wife and I for any questions or concerns during construction. What was unique was that they answered everything we brought to them within an hour (often sooner). A full landscaping project is incredibly expensive for homeowners. We wanted a company that respected that. We got that, and more, from our experience with Williams. read more

We are so so so incredibly happy with our backyard!! We had 4 people come out to give us an estimate and we are SO happy we went with Christian and Kristin!!! They not only listen to what you want but they deliver. They worked within our budget and never once tried to upsell us. Their workers are TRULY AMAZING!!!!! I don't know how they did it but they worked everyday, 6 days a week from 7:30am-4:30 pm with one break. They were nonstop and managed to get our entire backyard done in a week (and they renovated the entire backyard)!!! Christian would show up a couple times a day and is very very hands on. One of the many reasons we chose them is when they start a project, they are only working with you. They go above and beyond for you and are very responsive. We will definitely be using them again in the future. We are so so appreciative of this amazing team!!! read more

I would describe the team at Williams as communicative, creative, and fair. We'd moved in with a plan to renovate the yard but it had never been a priority. They made my small townhome's backyard look like the yard in a brand new model home. It's a slice of heaven. I really appreciated that they also let us know where we might be able to view the product they were considering. This greatly benefitted our process. They were professional with our back and forth while we tried to determine plantings. The landscapers themselves were what I would describe as efficient magicians who left spaces they had to use cleaner than they found them. Not only were they hard workers but they were joyful on the job, which says something about ownership. Our neighbors have been peeking and complimenting the yard. We enjoyed our experience so much and would love to continue doing business with Williams Landscaping. Highly recommend. Note that I would consider our project small, and they didn't shy away! read more
