The roll was 15ft x 50ft and HEAVY, I was a bit concerned about delivery and managing the roll myself but the driver (wish I could remember his name!) was AWESOME in helping me get it situated and ready to just roll right where it needed to go. My grass location in front made it accessible but having some muscle there to help square it away in 5 minutes made the whole sale and delivery easy-peasy. Do not care about the customer once you put your order. In my project, I needed 14 pieces of 2-meter wide and 2.4-meter length grass. They accepted my order, but they charged me $15 per cut. I was prepared to pay $15 per cut, as I really needed 2.4 m length as the grass width was 2m. However, when I received my order, the length was all over the place. It means I had to cut it myself which is really hard to cut accurately. When I called them and complained, they simply said that is it, we can not do anything, and can not refund the money paid for cut service. I am really frustrated and never recommend this company. I purchased over 500 sq ft of grass from Synthetic Grass Warehouse (TigerTurf specifically) and had it installed in my back yard. 3 weeks later I noticed some of the grass was beginning to melt. I called the installing company who came out, told me that he had no idea what was happening, and that it wasn't the windows since they were far enough away from the grass. He called Brad at SGW who initially (without actually looking at the grass himself) said this would not be covered under their warranty (a warranty they advertise as being "unmatched"). I protested since this is obviously a manufacturing defect, and Brad committed to coming to my residence, then changes his plans last minute. Avoid doing business here, they do not stand behind their product, and are operating a traditional "bait and switch" where they advertise a warranty and don't stand behind it or honor it. read more

I called and they told me that they do not do installs but can have a certified installer contact me within 24-48 hrs. Twice I have not received a phone call. My landscaping contractor sells/installs SGW's turf. I got one of their Tiger Turf products for my home. Well, the product did not last more than a few years and except for one "stripe", all the turf is flat and will no longer stay standing up after powerbrooming. Their customer support for warranty issues is also lacking as they are requiring my contractor to show proof of purchase as evidence that it's actually SGW's turf that they installed at my home. Really? SGW's rep said they keep copies of invoices on file, but are they offering to look it up on their end to help me out? Of course not. Horrible product and service. I wish I had spent a little more money and purchased the turf from another company that manufactures their own turf, sells direct to the customer, installs it themselves, and has product registration. read more

Just a super experience working with Sarah Arroyo and SGW. Handled everything over the phone and Sarah was so helpful and patient with me (never done this before). We were having our installer put a fairly small install in our front yard (400 sq ft), so we just needed to get the supplies delivered to our house so he could install it. We ordered a couple samples first and Sarah help us decide which one, and it wasn't the most expensive, since it wasn't a high traffic area she told us we didn't need the heaviest rated. Delivery was right on time and the guy was nice to help me move it to the side of the garage, out of the way of our cars and away from street view. The supplies we also ordered for the turf install were reasonable and an easy add-on. Will definitely use them on our next project, after we get the new concrete poured. Great company!! read more

I researched grass a lot!!! (synthetic) Both brick-n-motar and online stores. Got a lot of samples. After much review by wife, kids and pets - found that a really good product was from Tiger Express (and Tiger had a lot to select from). I would recommend to anyone, that the 80 oz product may cost a little more, but like hiring a painter, the labor accounts for the biggest portion of the total cost - and a better grade will look, take abuse and last longer. Don't forget the Envirofill; and if you have dogs be sure to used the bio fill! The grass will get hot in the summer - so for the tenderfoot - a quick hose-off will help. The biggest plus was the people at Tiger - all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am the chair of the architectural committee for a large HOA, and the products from Tiger will be used as a benchmark for other homeowners.
