Very fast friendly service. I got a great deal on an end of roll remnant Synthetic grass plus helpful tips on installation. Definitely recommend this place for your synthetic grass needs as most places that sell insist on also installation but here they will load the roll right on your truck for you ready to go. It's been a year now and my synthetic grass looks as great as the day it was installed. My only wish is I had done it sooner since we had problems with rabbits eating our back lawn and they apparently do care for synthetic grass lol. Their loss!!! read more

I am a homeowner who decided when we upgraded the front yard to put in artificial turf. I called SGW and got a quote for fescue, infill and nails that landed within the budget. The roll was 15ft x 50ft and HEAVY, I was a bit concerned about delivery and managing the roll myself but the driver (wish I could remember his name!) was AWESOME in helping me get it situated and ready to just roll right where it needed to go. My grass location in front made it accessible but having some muscle there to help square it away in 5 minutes made the whole sale and delivery easy-peasy. Putting down the class II base in the next 2 days then roll this out and cut to fit. Exactly what we wanted to finish the project. read more

Went in to get a small piece for a dog area. Emily was beyond helpful. Customer service was great. Pricing was perfect. Definitely recommend read more

Do not care about the customer once you put your order. In my project, I needed 14 pieces of 2-meter wide and 2.4-meter length grass. They accepted my order, but they charged me $15 per cut. I was prepared to pay $15 per cut, as I really needed 2.4 m length as the grass width was 2m. However, when I received my order, the length was all over the place. It means I had to cut it myself which is really hard to cut accurately. When I called them and complained, they simply said that is it, we can not do anything, and can not refund the money paid for cut service. I am really frustrated and never recommend this company. As once you order, they never care about their customer anymore read more

SWG is pretty good - after visiting pretty much every turf provider in south bay and east bay, we ended up at SWG after being recommended to it by a contractor They have a good array of options, but more importantly - Louis Treesh, who we met, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his time and patience in helping us choose the right product read more

I totally recommend synthetic grass warehouse as I was shopping around for some turf for a small area in my home. I came across this company and immediately their customer service was amazing, prompt and professional answered my questions and in the following days I was ordering and picking it up . This is a great company that I absolutely recommend doing business with. They always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. whether you are an installer or end user, you will get excellent customer service. I had the pleasure to deal with Sarah. She is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable about the products and the process as a whole. Very responsive and detail oriented. I purchased Everlast Tacoma from SGW a few years ago for my front yard. The grass still looks beautiful. I used them again this summer to redo my backyard. you could get free samples to compare different products and see what works best for you. Their prices are fair as well. This company is ethical and will always take care of their clients. I referred 2 friends to SGW and will continue to do so! read more

We purchased grass from Synthetic Grass 5 years ago and our grass still looks new. I'm writing this review because a lot people in the neighborhood compliment our front lawn. It's truly realistic. And now that we have a dog, he can run around during summer without the grass being too hot. It's very easy to maintain and clean up. read more

The quality of the grass is great, the customer service is better. Sarah was awesome. I bought 1,200 sq feet, and they walk me through the whole process for DIY. The results were outstanding. They also worked with me a bit on the price. read more

Thank you so much Sarah Arroyo! I came in first on my own, and then again a few days later with my wife and Sarah was extremely helpful. She walked us through our different options based on our budget and even recommended us to someone who could do the installation (who was equally as awesome). I'm almost sad that I don't have any more grass to replace w/ their products, but I will definitely be referring all of my friends and neighbors to S.G.W! Thank you again Sarah! read more

They sent me home with samples and a contact with an installer who did a great job. I go back to get more pet infill as a retail account, great place. read more

I purchased over 500 sq ft of grass from Synthetic Grass Warehouse (TigerTurf specifically) and had it installed in my back yard. 3 weeks later I noticed some of the grass was beginning to melt. I called the installing company who came out, told me that he had no idea what was happening, and that it wasn't the windows since they were far enough away from the grass. He called Brad at SGW who initially (without actually looking at the grass himself) said this would not be covered under their warranty (a warranty they advertise as being "unmatched"). I protested since this is obviously a manufacturing defect, and Brad committed to coming to my residence, then changes his plans last minute. Avoid doing business here, they do not stand behind their product, and are operating a traditional "bait and switch" where they advertise a warranty and don't stand behind it or honor it. read more

I was in the market for the best deal for synthetic grass (it was so pricey everywhere I went!) and when I found SGW, I called for a quote. The staff knew their product! They sent me a free box of samples right away! Their products are top notch and even though they don't install, they referred me to a great local installer. Save some bucks, go with these guys! read more

Twice I have called SGW and twice I get no follow thru. I was leaning towards purchasing there synthetic grass. I called and they told me that they do not do installs but can have a certified installer contact me within 24-48 hrs. Twice I have not received a phone call. If they are going to offer such things perhaps they should do a better job with the follow up. No call from SGW to make sure I was contacted. Business must be good! read more

My landscaping contractor sells/installs SGW's turf. I got one of their Tiger Turf products for my home. Well, the product did not last more than a few years and except for one "stripe", all the turf is flat and will no longer stay standing up after powerbrooming. Their customer support for warranty issues is also lacking as they are requiring my contractor to show proof of purchase as evidence that it's actually SGW's turf that they installed at my home. Really? SGW's rep said they keep copies of invoices on file, but are they offering to look it up on their end to help me out? Of course not. Horrible product and service. I wish I had spent a little more money and purchased the turf from another company that manufactures their own turf, sells direct to the customer, installs it themselves, and has product registration. read more

Super helpful people at this place. I have been coming here for get my pet cleaner for my synthetic grass in the back yard. It saves me so much money on my water bill, too, especially during the summer. Everyone I talked to was incredibly insightful, too. I never knew there was so much to the turf industry! My grandpa had been looking into artificial grass for his front lawn for a while. He had back problems and with the horrible hot weather, hadn't been able to keep up with the usual maintenance it takes to keep the yard looking green. There were yellow dry spots and we were just wasting water(and money)it seemed, to just be watering dead grass. We started to look around for quotes and came across Synthetic Grass Warehouse on yelp. My grandpa looked through some samples and decided on the natures blend, which when installed, surprised me by how natural it felt and looked! I have been landscaping since 1980 and started installing artificial grass when it was called Astroturf ! In 2006 I decided to change my business to a specialized synthetic turf/grass installation company ! The first thing I wanted to do is find a Synthetic Grass supplier that had great products of high quality that stand behind them and are always striving to improve not only their products but equally their customer service! In the years that I have done business with SGW I have always been extremely happy with their products and customer service ! They are a hands on business from top to bottom and my sales person Martin Groetsch is extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. He takes all the time in the world with me. A lot of the time he and I are comparing notes or trying to come up with the right approach on a installation so as to save my potential clients money and give them the best installation possible! When I am doing a estimate or have a challenging install to bid Martin always takes the time to make himself available and what is impressive is there are lots of times that there will be no purchase of material from SGW! With Martin its always about helping me and my clients to have the best installation with the best Synthetic Grass Warehouse grass product for the job and the budget. In all the companies I have patronized in over 34 years in this industry Synthetic Grass Warehouse is by far the best supplier I have ever done business with! Rob Orlando - Natural Tech read more

I researched grass a lot!!! (synthetic) Both brick-n-motar and online stores. Got a lot of samples. After much review by wife, kids and pets - found that a really good product was from Tiger Express (and Tiger had a lot to select from). I would recommend to anyone, that the 80 oz product may cost a little more, but like hiring a painter, the labor accounts for the biggest portion of the total cost - and a better grade will look, take abuse and last longer. Don't forget the Envirofill; and if you have dogs be sure to used the bio fill! The grass will get hot in the summer - so for the tenderfoot - a quick hose-off will help. The biggest plus was the people at Tiger - all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am the chair of the architectural committee for a large HOA, and the products from Tiger will be used as a benchmark for other homeowners. We also used it in some of the planter areas at the tennis courts. read more

Just a super experience working with Sarah Arroyo and SGW. Handled everything over the phone and Sarah was so helpful and patient with me (never done this before). We were having our installer put a fairly small install in our front yard (400 sq ft), so we just needed to get the supplies delivered to our house so he could install it. We ordered a couple samples first and Sarah help us decide which one, and it wasn't the most expensive, since it wasn't a high traffic area she told us we didn't need the heaviest rated. Delivery was right on time and the guy was nice to help me move it to the side of the garage, out of the way of our cars and away from street view. The supplies we also ordered for the turf install were reasonable and an easy add-on. Will definitely use them on our next project, after we get the new concrete poured. Great company!! read more
