I called several other places and Brian was the only one to both come out immediately and also provide a quote over the phone which I appreciated. I also had another person come in and check out the issues, and I was immediately turned off by their obvious salesman tactics. I miss the time when honest people like Brian would come out and do the job without trying to upsell you on everything. It's ridiculous that some people try to gouge you these days with AI being able to tell you all the information you need including pricing. Thank you Brian for being an honest business - I will definitely call you again if I ever need any additional work done.

I had broken sprinklers. They weren't covering the whole lawn, and some of it was turning brown. One section was getting flooded and another section wasn't receiving any water at all. He replaced sprinkler heads and put in new ones where needed. Now all of my lawn in the front and the back is getting watered the way it should. He programmed the timer for me. He was here so long. I thought he might be hungry so I brought out the Costco chocolate chip cookies as a treat for him and his daughter.

I really appreciated Richard's diagnosis and honest way of work. I'd go to him for all of my sprinkler needs.

Not enough effort is put into building an authentic relationship and it seems like people just do the minimum so that they can move on to the next transaction. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Steve's team obviously have deep knowledge and experience but what makes them so great is that they communicate clearly and are enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend them.

We did get quotes from other vendors but ultimately chose Professional Drainage Experts based on the customer service and willingness to work to find a solution for our property that was in budget. We were able to get a full system added to the property in 3.5 days. Julio and his team were great! They were promptly on time each morning. Cleaned up after themselves. Even hosed down the driveway, stucco, and walkways afterwards. After everything was installed, Julio walked us around the property and explained all of the elements of our new system. For what feels like a draining home project as a first time home buyer, Foster and Julio made the process feel less daunting and stressful. Highly recommend. 10/10

Before the job even began, he ran through several scenarios with me and was very patient. He understood my objectives both as they related to aesthetics and my pocketbook. In the end, we came up with a plan that was viable and as aesthetically pleasing as could be managed given the situation. Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well. All in all, having my work done by Professional Drainage Experts was a very positive experience and I give a hearty recommendation to them!

After getting quotes from three companies, Benpro was the most reasonable and transparent, so we moved forward with them, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They even added gravel over the drain area and cleared extra soil around the dwelling to prevent future issues. Things we didn't even know we needed, but they took care of proactively. Alfred came out to explain the whole plan, and he was amazing. He walked us through every detail, clearly and patiently. During the work, one of our sprinklers was accidentally damaged, but they fixed it perfectly on the spot and made sure all the post-work cleanup was done thoroughly. We hired this company for landscaping work twice. The 1st time was in September 2025, and Francisco…read moredid an excellent job! He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

Gary is highly recommended on the Buzz community pages but I have to be honest, sometimes recommendations don't work out so I was definitely curious if Gary was as great as everyone said. Well, he definitely is. He is busy and has alot of houses. That is a good thing to me. Gary was extremely easy to work with and gave us a very fair price. His team was respectful and kind AND they cleaned up great! No hesitation in contacting Gary again and in fact, we have booked him to come back out in 6 months. The work was done great, but he ease in booking and the overall flow of communication was even better!
