We found this artificial turf store from Yelp. We checked the reviews before and visited to Anaheim store yesterday. First, I noticed the inside showroom was well organized to display the variety of turf samples. I touched 1 by 1 foot samples front and back, I even stepped on the turf. I could feel the cushion, texture, color, and quality. Finally we chose the closest natural grass look and color called Pacifico 80 for $3.09 Sq ft. When we asked the sales person to deliver asap, she said tomorrow morning right away. We paid the delivery fee $60. Today we got the beautiful turf and put in the middle of our front yard with the river pebbles on each side. Looks great! All the neighbors said, beautiful and looks real grass. We got lots of compliments.... I think this business owner keeps the premium quality and service for years. The turf has 10 year warranty and final sale. I strongly recommend this store for the water saving landscape in CA. read more

Brenda and the Synthetic Grass Store are a great company to work with. They provided affordable high quality products at a reasonable price. Brenda never tried to upsell anything and made me feel comfortable. Raul was able to put me on his install schedule within a couple weeks and I had my turf installed beautifully. I needed Raul to return a few months after to assist in putting back down my turf (had to get a cable line reinstalled), and he reinstalled making it look brand new again. Look no further if you need to purchase turf and have it installed. The Synthetic Grass Store and Raul are a great combination. read more

Had the pleasure of dealing with Eric. He gave me a very competitive price and also provided me with guidance for install. Excellent customer service! read more

Great company to work with. Brenda sold us our turf and was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Their prices were much less than other quotes we got as well. Raul and his crew did a great job on the install and was able to squeeze us in a week after we bought the turf. It was a great experience doing business with these guys. read more

I have been purchasing artificial grass from SGS, Eric and Mark for almost a year now. And I can say from experience they are a class act company. They have a great selection of artificial grass. So many styles to choose from. They are have all the necessary supplies that you need to compete a project. Have not had any challenges with the quality of their turf, it always looks amazing after it's installed and will top quality. They do deliver, so keep that in mind. But I can't say enough about how great the guys and gals are at the office. Extremely responsive and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Thanks guys! read more

Reached out via Yelp for a quote around 9:30pm with the expectations that I wouldn't hear back till the next business day. Nope! Eric responded in LESS THAN ten minutes with very helpful information. Needless to say, I was in their store the following morning making a purchase from their wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly, they had great options to select from and met the exact needs of my project (not to mention at an affordable price!). I absolutely love great customer service and that's exactly what you'll get at Synthetic Grass Store of California. Thank you! read more

Eric was great in showing us samples. They have the best price and did a great job with installation. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and this company. After a very disappointing experience with Artificial Grass Liquidators I found the Synthetic Grass Store of California. Eric overnighted me samples at no charge, gave me a price that no other company came close to and even delivered the product for a small charge ( I live 2 hours away). Not to mention they cut the grass into 3 rolls for me at no additional charge. I was made to feel like a valued customer and Eric went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. My husband and I installed the grass and are extremely pleased with the results. 100% I would use this company again. I have already given their name to 3 friends who wanted to know where I got such a great product. No matter your location give them a call and they will figure out a way to get you your grass at a reasonable price. read more

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. My hired landscaper recommend these guys to me out in Las Vegas. I gave them a call and within 10 minutes my grass was ordered and shipped out for $50 to Vegas. The grass arrived after 1 day in transit. After looking out in Vegas I noticed the price of grass was very expensive like $4-$5 a foot. The guys sold me one solid piece of grass 11x28 feet for $1.50 a foot and the quality is great, it is thick full grass nothing cheap. I had the grass installed and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend these guys based upon honesty, price and communication. Way to go guys keep up the good work! I called three companies to get a quote to remove and replace my existing grass with synthetic turf and ended up with Synthetic Grass Store. Eric was really helpful and although he wasn't the least expensive, I thought he would do a really solid job at a decent price. Jessica and the office were great also, easy to communicate and flexible with timing. The installer showed up on time and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for residential turf. read more

Eric and his staff did an amazing job with my purchase of synthetic grass. I drove about 50 miles one way just to see him after a friend recommended me to him and it was well worth the drive. Prices and quality is much better than Home Depot. I would recommend him to any family or friend to utilize any Pinterest ideas :) read more

I have a pet pig (@ThePiggieSmalls) that has been tearing up my backyard and figured artificial grass would be my only option. I found this company here on yelp (top of the list), and visited the store and talked with the owner. Great guy, and great team at the warehouse. Place was stacked with options and ended up giving them my business.. I felt bad because it wasn't a big job or big space but awesome that no area is too small for them! read more

With watering restrictions in our area, the grass at our rental had seen better days and it finally reached a point where the entire lawn needed to be replaced as soon as possible. We were searching for a high quality product and an installation lead time that could work within our urgent schedule. Very fortunate to be able to find the Synthetic Grass Store, we just got the new lawn installed today and the entire process from start to completion was very smooth, professional, and well beyond expectations. Our tenants are very pleased with the new lawn and even thanked us for doing our little part to reduce water usage. Thanks to Jessica for putting everything together to make it happen for us. With so many varieties to choose from, she explained which products would work for our particular need and was right on the mark. Jon and his install team were superb today, they arrived on-time to remove the old grass and prep the surface. They took care of every detail to make the new lawn picture-perfect and even the clean-up was done right. Had a chance to meet Eric as well and he took the time to answer questions on lawn care and explain in detail on what could be done to keep in the lawn in best shape possible. It was excellent customer service every step of the way, wish more companies would be like this one. Thanks for everything, will look forward to coming back for our other rental places. read more

Whereas many places only sell in 15 foot width, I love that these guys sell long rolls of 7.5 feet wide.

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. Absolutely the best! If you're looking to upgrade to synthetic grass due to the drought definitely give these guys a call! There is nothing better than a friendly face giving you personal attention to your grass needs. Let it be a small piece or a large space, they will work with you. Iwas looking to get artificial grass installed in my front yard. I receive four estimates from different companies. Purchased a 15' by 9' turf mat from them. Their prices are fantastic. The turf we purchase is of solid quality and has held up well since I bought it. Excellent and friendly customer service. They helped me find the right turf that would suit our needs. The turf we bought ended up on our roof deck. (The guys helped to carry it up two flights of stairs!) Eric Mull hooked me up today! I scored bigtime! I was in the market for some synthetic grass to use for my Daughters batting cage and softball pitching lane. My work happened to me send out to his store on a business call when I realized where I was at. I didn't think he had anything that would fit my criteria but I had to ask anyway and wow much to my surprise he has everything!!! My needs were strictly for sports/athletic use that would need to handle a lot of wear and tear! He had it in stalk too! Best part was the price! If you ever need some synthetic grass for any sport check with Eric first!! read more

On their website, it stated they had a Tustin location (which is closer to home). Dropping by, I realized the Tustin location was closed for good. Giving them a call, Eric told me that they're currently in the Anaheim location (off the 91). Since I had "some" spare time, I shot up there (took maybe 15 minutes on the weekend). My needs were very small. My dog trainer recommended that I put some synthetic grass down for the new puppy (since we currently have all pavers in our backyard). Our trainer recommended a few locations, but we agreed on one that was the best. Not a huge space, roughly 12'x4' on the side of the house. Told Eric of my situation, and he totally understood. He even recommended that it's an easy DYI since its just pavers. I stopped by Home Depot and picked up Roberts Indoor/Outdoor Double-Sided Carpet Tape, and some new razor blades for my utility knife and went to work. Since the grass comes in 15' widths, I was fine with it. Eric gave me a couple of inches extra, which was nice (though I ended cutting it away).. Better safe than sorry! :) I also bought the Zeofill infill to negate the pet urine odors, and the PE-51 enzyme cleaner (havent used it yet). Putting down the grass was easy. Since I have no experience with infills, I dont know if I applied the Zeofill correctly. In the end, Eric and the staff at the location was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions (I guess I should have asked Eric how to best apply the infill). The price was fantastic, and my puppy is loving the new "greenery". :) read more

Bought Daytona 60 for my Orange County, CA house. Anaheim staff was very helpful and the grass was delivered promptly the next day. Found some issues with the grass. Bought a piece of turf for my RV and I am all the rage at the campground. All of the other campers have some serious turf envy. These guys seriously rock! Thanks for the quick service. When I need to get my front lawn done, you will be my first choice. read more

I contacted Eric early in my deliberation over sod vs. synthetic lawn and he thoroughly answered my questions and eased all of my concerns. While other wholesalers charged S/H for samples, he sent me six samples free of charge. He easily beat price quotes I was getting from other places without sacrificing quality, as his products were pretty top-notch. The color/type of lawn we had wanted was stuck in customs without a clear ETA. Because we were on a tight timeline, we ended up purchasing our lawn (for $300 more) from a local dealer who was borderline rude and didn't handle the time crunch as well (and for whom I am considering writing a negative YELP review). I wish I had given our business to Eric and the Synthetic Grass Store. I hope those who read my review will consider this place because they really know how to conduct business and treat their customers well! read more
