We found this artificial turf store from Yelp. We checked the reviews before and visited to Anaheim store yesterday. First, I noticed the inside showroom was well organized to display the variety of turf samples. I touched 1 by 1 foot samples front and back, I even stepped on the turf. I could feel the cushion, texture, color, and quality. Finally we chose the closest natural grass look and color called Pacifico 80 for $3.09 Sq ft. When we asked the sales person to deliver asap, she said tomorrow morning right away. We paid the delivery fee $60. Today we got the beautiful turf and put in the middle of our front yard with the river pebbles on each side. Looks great! All the neighbors said, beautiful and looks real grass. We got lots of compliments.... I think this business owner keeps the premium quality and service for years. The turf has 10 year warranty and final sale. Brenda never tried to upsell anything and made me feel comfortable. Raul was able to put me on his install schedule within a couple weeks and I had my turf installed beautifully. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. My hired landscaper recommend these guys to me out in Las Vegas. I gave them a call and within 10 minutes my grass was ordered and shipped out for $50 to Vegas. The grass arrived after 1 day in transit. After looking out in Vegas I noticed the price of grass was very expensive like $4-$5 a foot. The guys sold me one solid piece of grass 11x28 feet for $1.50 a foot and the quality is great, it is thick full grass nothing cheap. I had the grass installed and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend these guys based upon honesty, price and communication. Way to go guys keep up the good work! On their website, it stated they had a Tustin location (which is closer to home). Dropping by, I realized the Tustin location was closed for good. Giving them a call, Eric told me that they're currently in the Anaheim location (off the 91). Since I had "some" spare time, I shot up there (took maybe 15 minutes on the weekend). My needs were very small. My dog trainer recommended that I put some synthetic grass down for the new puppy (since we currently have all pavers in our backyard). Our trainer recommended a few locations, but we agreed on one that was the best. Not a huge space, roughly 12'x4' on the side of the house. Told Eric of my situation, and he totally understood. He even recommended that it's an easy DYI since its just pavers. I stopped by Home Depot and picked up Roberts Indoor/Outdoor Double-Sided Carpet Tape, and some new razor blades for my utility knife and went to work. Since the grass comes in 15' widths, I was fine with it. Eric gave me a couple of inches extra, which was nice (though I ended cutting it away).. Better safe than sorry! :) I also bought the Zeofill infill to negate the pet urine odors, and the PE-51 enzyme cleaner (havent used it yet). Putting down the grass was easy. Since I have no experience with infills, I dont know if I applied the Zeofill correctly. In the end, Eric and the staff at the location was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions (I guess I should have asked Eric how to best apply the infill). The price was fantastic, and my puppy is loving the new "greenery". :) read more

I contacted Eric early in my deliberation over sod vs. synthetic lawn and he thoroughly answered my questions and eased all of my concerns. While other wholesalers charged S/H for samples, he sent me six samples free of charge. He easily beat price quotes I was getting from other places without sacrificing quality, as his products were pretty top-notch. The color/type of lawn we had wanted was stuck in customs without a clear ETA. Because we were on a tight timeline, we ended up purchasing our lawn (for $300 more) from a local dealer who was borderline rude and didn't handle the time crunch as well (and for whom I am considering writing a negative YELP review).
