I called and texted with no response until 30 minutes after the appointment, when they finally replied saying they'd be an hour late. I decided to be patient and waited, but after an hour, I called again and was told they were just "10 minutes away." Forty-five minutes later still no show. I texted them to not come anymore, but they showed up anyway and tried to haggle with me at my doorstep.
