Cesar and his team managed to find and fix everything wrong with the system: - Rewired my entire Rachio controller. The original installers had left behind what can only be described as a rat's nest of wiring. Caesar sorted it into something clean and actually traceable. - Replaced a failing valve that had been quietly wasting water, sputtering instead of shutting off properly. - Ran an entirely new line under the house to restore power to the back valve, since the old wire was not only broken but buried three feet down under turf and tarp aka basically unreachable for any future repair. He's a genuine jack of all trades and what impressed me most was that he didn't stop at the easy fix. He treated the whole system like it needed to actually work long-term vs. limping along until the next breakdown. Thanks to his work, if anything goes wrong down the line, it'll actually be possible to find and fix it - which, after seeing how the system was originally installed, feels like a minor miracle.
